Fleming Island Golf Club

Always a good venue to play. Pace was little slow, but to be expected on a weekend afternoon. Rain the few days prior to our tee time lead to a few wet spots in low lying areas around the greens and a few fairways.

Fantastic day on the course, great staff with easy payment and key to the cart. Greens were very green and the course played great. Carts are top notch with gps and more. Hot as all get out but it’s Florida. Great day. Will be back.

Great Place. Staff is awesome. Course is well maintained. Fun driving range / Bar. Facility is clean. Great Value.

Best public course in Jax, rivals some private courses

Great layout in great condition. Staff is always on it and very welcoming. Nice group of playing partners and good food at the finish made for another fun day.

The course is in great shape, pace of play a little slow. Greens were good as well. Price is more than reasonable. Good practice facility. Great food in the pub. Try the whiskey burger.

The course and greens were in great shape as usual. I love the layout. It has the perfect combination of challenging holes and enjoyable holes. I hesitate to brag too much about it because that may increase the interest and limit the tee times available to me.

Caught up to a group of 4 women who took 2 hrs and 6 mins to play the last 6 holes...

What else do I need to say ?

The course was in excellent shape but I had to give it an average grade due to the fact the greens had just been aerated and sanded. Why doesn't the course or golf now inform patrons of this before they make their tee times?

I hadn't played in this venue in a long time and was very impressed with the course conditions. The greens were in perfect shape and very, very fast. the way I like them.

I played with a friend and they paired us with two elderly gentelmen - wich were a pleasure to play with. We got to tee off on time with no delay during play. After the round, we went for a drink at the bar and the attendent was very friendly/amiable.

Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it to anyone interested in playing a very good course.

Overall experience was very positive and the course was in good shape. Fairways are tough if you’re not right in the middle with severe slopes to both sides. Greens are fast but in good shape

Booked a single player time and when I showed up, the other players at THE SAME TEE TIME wanted to play by themselves. OK, send me off and then allow them to follow. No, they were sent off, then another twosome that wanted to play alone, and finally a foursome before I was sent off alone almost 30 minutes after my booked and paid for tee time.

I then proceeded to wait on every single hole, for every single shot as the group ahead would not let a single woman play through.

If the others at the same tee time wanted to play by themselves, I should have been sent off BEFORE them at MY TEE TIME!!
