Originally I got to the course, I was slated to play alone. At a last minute change, it became a two-some. We had a two-some in front of us that couldn't play worth a d*mn, so they kept having to do mulligan after mulligan before they had a shot they could play, so it slowed down the pace. Then we had a four-some behind us that were playing quicker, so that made our two-some get a bit squeezed. The timings between groups need to be like 10 to 15 minutes, not like the 6 to 7 minutes it's slated for now.

The layout is challenging but fair. The fairways, and green surrounds are dismal. Hardpan is so many areas from lack of turf. If they had quality turf it would be a great track. The greens were very healthy and average speed .

Nice and warm, but windy day for golf. The greens were immaculate and putted very true. However, the fairways leave a lot to be desired with most a few weeds and sand. To be fair there has been no rain in months and abnormally cold weather.

Tee boxes & fairways were very thin, some completely bare BUT the greens were pristine! One could move the ball an inch or so to a better lie on the fairway and of course choose where to tee it so having awesome greens made it a great day.

The course was in nice shape for this time of the year. Greens were in good shape. The course had a character for every hole. Really enjoyed playing the course.

The course layout was very good. The greens were very nice. They were working on the bunkers which didn’t impact our play. The on-site restaurant was very good. It was an overall great experience.

You can tell this is an older course and in the country. Very difficult and uneven greens. Rough areas are extremely rough. Out of bounds areas are very unkept. Course has leaves all over it which I can understand but i did not see a leaf blower all day.

After experiencing 8 days of freezing temperatures this course was in very good condition. Greens were rolling great but fairways were a little hard and should start greening within next few weeks. I like the layout with more narrow fairways than other courses.

AS always the greens are beautiful but slow. The fairways need a lot of attention and I understand no rain and its winter but a lot of other courses in the area fairways are better and they are not country clubs.

When I had seen the Star rating on GolfNow, I had expected something much nicer. The clubhouse, the staff, the restaurant, were great! The greens were in good shape and rolled true. Fairways were not in good shape, and the cart paths need a LOT of work. We did get a good rate for the green fee, but unless i know improvements are made, I don't believe i would play it again.

Unfortunately because of the water situation, the rough and fairways were not in very good shape but you can’t blame the golf course. The greens were in very good condition. The course had a very nice layout.
