Dartmouth Golf Club

This is a nice short 9 hole course with a lot of interesting layout, owing mostly to the natural hilly landscape. Few holes especially 9 can be challenging due to the green being situated at top of a hill. If you get the distance wrong, you can end up with the ball back where you are standing! I enjoyed this course and will certainly return.

For the price you cannot complain, shame that there has been some clear vandalism on some greens. Only thing I’d suggest is more clarity to where holes are and especially first no idea what the hole looks like from tee!

Terrible unfun course, tons of people out there who hadn’t paid, no staff. My worst golf experience so far. Don’t bother, the cost is a mirage because of how half hearted the operation is

Not great if you haven’t played before , better signs needed to find the next tee. It’s not an 18 hole course didn’t know you play it twice if you pay for 18

Very good course layout, tee boxes were decent and well kept. Greens well kept over the hot period we have had here. All round really fun course.

Complete fluke we ended up here and delighted we did. Lovely 9-holer packed with interesting holes. Challenging enough to be interesting but not intimidating. A lot of up and down with a couple of cracking elevated tees. Obviously fairways were like the Sahara currently but greens were in great shape (amazing considering the vandalism earlier in the year - local Ute ploughing them with their bikes…) Everyone we met was super nice and welcoming / shout out to 79yr old member Brendan who we played the 9th with.

decent greens, not all of them some of them looked like some golfers had driven their carts on some of the greens. the fairways were all mostly yellow hay grass instead of green fairway grass. long holes good challenge none the less

Damaged greens but could see how much work had been put into get them back to where they need to be

First time playing this course. It's absolutely a well-kept course challenging though up and downhill which I absolutely love

First time we've played this course and we were pleasantly surprised, some lovely holes, greens were in really good condition even though they've had a few issues with vandalism they were still great, we will definitely play again .

Played this course as a couple , great value for money, staff friendly , good pro on site for lessons. Interesting course with lots of challenges .

Lovely course. Such a shame what happened with the greens ( F€$¥#£s ). Really enjoyed it was a fairly challenging course. Played 18 and was nice as a lot of 9 holes don't really change as you're coming back around. This one did and felt like a different course. Again really enjoyed it.

Every green has been vandalised

We arrived early at 10.15am for a 11.00am tee off, the restaurant wasn’t open so unable to buy refreshments, the clubhouse was also closed and when we eventually found the Green keeper he informed us the greens had been vandalised and were unplayable but temporary Green were in use. We asked for a score card and told the guy who runs clubhouse is called Lord Lucan ( his words) because he’s never there. The course itself was poor with very inadequate signage as regards to direction for next tee and poor overall. Very poor value for money and I won’t be returning or recommending to friends.

It’s a decent course with some interesting holes, the day before I played some idiots had ruined every green on the course with their electric bikes, so all greens was off temps.

The course overall was alright, great for people new to golf
