I’m working away in the area and booked a last minute tee time in the evening. You’d struggle to find a better course for £25 a round. Great condition and spoke to a couple of members that were very welcoming.

A real test if golf with amazing greens. One of the toughest courses around to test your handicap. Easy to get to and literally yards from M5 J1.

I'm a member of this course so may be a little biased but to be able to play this course for less than £20 on a midweek afternoon is unbelievable value. It's seriously the best value of any course thats on golf now in the Midlands. Not even close.

It’s a very well kept course and with the bad weather through the winter the have done an exceptional job of only having one temp green in eighteen. Playing it again in a weeks time it was a really good course.

The course was so poor. I know it is winter but it is in a sorry state. I dont think anyone has repaired a pitch mark or divot in years and I think there must be a a few gaps in the mower blade. I have photos but it wont let me add them to this review

When I tee'd off the course was frozen all over, so I could only rate last 5 holes. The greens on these were excellent and I liked the layout. 3 over playing off 21. Looking forward to playing in spring and summer.

Great course

First time playing here as a new golfer it was challenging but really enjoyable would definitely recommend

Played in a society today, first time at the course. Greeted by bar/restaurant staff and pro on arrival. Very nice touch. Was told the greens were quick and they weren’t wrong. The condition of the tees was disappointing but the greens were outstanding ! Probably the best I’ve ever played on. Quick, large, undulating, lush and absolutely mint. Would definitely play here again

The bad

> Pro Shop lady came across as very condescending

> Tee boxes were in terrible conditions. Too many divots and are uneven

> Fairways were very patchy

> Car park is to small the access road is not big enough for 2 cars

The good

> Great course layout

> The greens were very good

> The food was good

This course is going downhill for some reason . Greens fantastic condition but as for rest of it terrible . Fairways bare and burnt tee boxes terrible condition lumpy and bumpy

First time playing whilst travelling for business. Wonderful course. Great layout and value.
