The course played very well some greens were being treated but overall good value for money

I particularly like the fact that the next tee box was always visible and close to the green

Course was in good condition except the greens were punched, but it’s the season for that so all good. Considering the summer we have had and the recent rain, we could not complain about course.

Really nice course, nice layout, not long but testing as most holes are tight and you need to be accurate. Unfortunately the big issue we had is we had a tee time booked only to find a boys comp was on and they decided to start teeing off just before our time, then expecting us to let 4 groups play thru... wrecked the whole experience and day, this was not GN fault but Walsall's doing, badly organised with no thought to any others...

Can't really fault anything . Course was pretty quiet. Greens very good, fast running fairways due the weather.

Thoroughly enjoyed the round, obviously the course was baked but the greens had been well watered, for what I paid you can’t complain, enjoyed plotting my way round using very few drivers

Nice country park course, with well protected par 3's, well layed out par4's. Excellent and very challenging greens. A fairly flat course which was a refreshing change.

Lovely course with some challenging holes. Good variety (though all par threes were the same length) and excellent greens. Lots of well positioned bunkering making approaches to holes a strategic challenge on dry running conditions. Not a great deal of sand in the bunkers which made exiting a lottery but given it was mid summer and an extended dry spell sort of expected. Given the middle of Walsall mostly a quiet haven.

Welcoming pro shop staff and post round clubhouse staff very welcoming and friendly. Great food and beverage selection.

First time playing Walsall GC.

Up there with the best I've played.

Course in great condition, greens running smooth. Wedges holding and spinning, fairways perfect length. The young man in the pro shop was very nice. Must go back soon.

The course was in great condition and pace of play was excellent

Booked through golf now. Always wanted to play here. 8:04am tee off. By the time I got to the third hole there was a 3 ball in front of me. Wouldn’t let me through. As I was putting out on the ninth a two ball came off the practice green and went straight to the 10th pushing in front of me. My home club clearly states that you can only tee off on the tenth if the ninth hole is clear. Is that not the same everywhere else?? Massive shame as the course was immaculate and really good fun to play. Just a pity that the members seem to be rude.

While still slightly soft underfoot in places the course was in very good condition, greens especially running really well.

A course that doesn't always require driver especially the front 9 while the back 9 gets longer and requires the big stick more often.

Played on my own and a 2 ball and then a 3 ball let me through quickly for me to then pretty much have the course to myself (appreciate I played on a Monday and that wouldn't be so easy on a weekend) Overall really do enjoy playing this course and will be back again very soon.
