COURSE IN GOOD CONDITIONS ,GREEN PRETTY GOOD , NOT TOO BUSY AND A GOOD PRICE

Great course and we use it every other week when we finish at 12 noon on Friday. Well laid out and looked after well, nice little car area for some drinks or food after you play. Loads of parking so overall very good place.

Played this course last year and the greens and fairways are in a much better condition.

I swore I wouldn't play Hatchford again after the condition of the course deteriorated so badly over the last few years, particularly the greens, which had become virtually unplayable.

However, after using the range recently and seeing the course from a distance looking much improved, I decided to give it another try yesterday.

I was genuinely impressed by the condition of the course. The greens are still on the slow side, but they ran true and were a huge improvement on the patchy, uneven surfaces they used to be. It's clear that a lot of hard work has gone into bringing them back, and credit should be given where it's due.

In my opinion, the course is now very playable again, and I certainly wouldn't discourage people from giving it a go. It has a great layout, and if the current standards are maintained, I think it deserves to be considered a viable option among the local courses.

Interesting layout and a nice mix of holes, especially from the whites. Greens are slow and in poor condition and bunkers lack sand. At this price point though you can’t really complain!

This course was nice and open, but had some challenging shots. Some of the greens were not the best, one was waterlogged and some had big scars/cuts on them.

For value for money, this course is great. You also get some good views of planes taking off and landing.

Can’t argue with the value of this course, in decent condition. We had a couple temporary greens (unfortunately looked like someone had took a bike around 2 greens and ruined them!), but the conditions of the rest was really good.

Some better golfers might say it’s a bit “boring”, but great for beginners/higher handicappers, and seems fairly quiet in the evenings.

I have been playing at hatchford on and off for a long time now. I won’t be back for anytime soon though.

The greens are so bad. Many of them have tyre tracks all over them (it’s been like that for a couple of months at least). I understand that it’s not the fault of the course that people get on and drive all over the course but I won’t be paying £28 each for a course of this quality again. Not a bad place overall but definitely not worth it compared to any other course in the area. Lower the price or sort the greens out. Rest of the place is ok.

Course shut and no notification given, no idea of how to do refunds either
