Course in good but green to tee walks too long

The course was in good condition and the greens ran true. The problem is the length of the walk between the green and the next tee. In one case it was about 800m from the green to the next tee. Ok if you have a buggy but not if walking. Won't be walking it again!

Evening round

Greens excellent. Tee grounds well used. Fairways brown and baked, not surprising given the recent dry weather. Together with a strong wind, made it very challenging to keep the ball in play. Numerous blind tee shots

Golf Now - Poor

I have emailed GN separately. I booked using the app, paid and then received a call from the course saying that time is not available and that Golf Now don’t have an up to date system that is synchronised with the course system, therefore taking money from customers unknowingly!

Refund needed!!!!

Stonebridge Golf Club

I got to the course and was told that the time slot was not available due to now golf not looking at the Stonebridge’s live time slots. But the lad behind the counter was really helpful and got me a slot. The greens where in great condition, the Hampton 9 is a really nice track well worth the money.

GolfNow tee-off time

It turned out that the tee-off time I got from GolfNow was not available when I arrived at the course. I was offered a tee-off time which was an hour away from my original time.

The staff were friendly and cooperative and instead gave me a credit to play the course at a convenient time to me in the future.

Great local course

Greath local course, could be a bit cheaper and requires more times available.

Mid-Week Round

Our two-ball first round at Stonebridge. We’d wanted to play the Somers course but it wasn’t available. Both the other nine hole courses were very busy so we got caught up in slow passages of play on the front nine. Better pace on the back nine but still found groups who wouldn’t let play-through to happen. Greens were good and quite fast as we have been used to damper conditions.

We met a few friendly players whilst navigating the course who were happy to chat whilst we waited to move on.

A nice course and great value through Golf Now
