A real gem of Lincolnshire with hardworking staff
Booked on Monday and by the Friday we played the course/tees had been reconfigured twice to go from the Short Winter, to Full Winter, to Full Summer. The markers were updated in WHS immediately, and this is a testament to how attention to detail the staff have at this amazing course, which is a real hidden gem. Everyone says it is stunning in summer, but it is stunning in early and surely any time of year. The clubhouse staff are second to none for friendliness and the food is the best I have had in years. Overall this is a stunning golf destination, with the only slight downside being that the greens were heavily sand-laden after recent aeration.
Wet week
After a wet week the course had held up very well. First time playing here and will definitely be back.
Great practice facilities
Good shop and staff are friendly too.
It’s a little more expensive than we are used to paying (normally upto £30 for other courses like thonock and Torksey we are pretty new to it) however it was very nice and enjoyable, we will be back.
Greens were great and the par threes we loved
This course is stunning
A fair challenge, with excellent conditions and a great mix of holes
Great course
Played on a very hot day greens excellent with subtle breaks fairway and bunkers very good loved it.
Will play here again.
Good course for a good price
Great course for the price paid. Staff were fantastic after I made a mistake with booking date. Just swapped it over to the right date for me with no extra charge. Really accommodating. Layout and kept beautifully
Kenwick Park
Great golf course friendly staff highly recommended.
Perfection
The greens were perfect, the layout was perfect, the range mats could do with a refresh but the actual course is like Jurassic park meets Augusta National.
Didn’t disappoint
Recommended by a friend & it certainly didn’t disappoint. Received a lovely warm welcome from the Pro who gave a few pointers about the course. It had a great mixture of holes & unfortunately I was caught out with a couple of water hazards protecting the greens. Will definitely play again when I’m back in Lincolnshire.
First time at this course
It's the first time I have played this course and was looking forward to it based on the reviews. I played on a hot deal with 3 other visitors who were very good company.
Facilities are good with practise greens, chipping green, and driving range. Pro shop is very well stocked with good quality products.
Course was very good, good roll on the fairways and greens were of a good pace. They were very true. The course design is good with a good variety of par 3s, dog legs and straight driving holes...a few holes are lined with trees which means you do have to be accurate off the tees.
A few winter matts were in play but they were of good quality and easy to play from.
Will be back to play again for sure.
Brilliant course
Booked this course midweek as was staying with friends in Mablethorpe. Absolute gem of a course, so glad we found it.
Fantastic course
Played at the end of feb and the course is in great condition - considering we’re in winter, can’t wait to play again when the weather picks up. Beautiful course
Great Course
Even with wet conditions and playing the winter course it's still a great place to play. The greens were excellent and quite fast considering the conditions. Can't wait to play this course again in the summer.
Very well looked after course
Played on Sunday 26th January, so full winter conditions, Received a call the day before to let me know course would be playing shorter, due to condition and looking to protect course from damage, this is something I totally agree with, as soon as spring starts the course will not have to recover from damage. The front 9 played pretty much full distance with only a few winter tees in operation, and all 18 holes were played on normal greens, no winter greens at all. The back nine had been reduced to par 3s, that pretty much played at normal 2nd shot distances, from temporary winter tees placed at approximately driving distance away from standard tees, the 18th was played as a par 5. The overall course condition was great, and we will definitely be returning in spring and summer months. Overall a nice picturesque course, that plays really well
Well worth playing
Had 11:29 tee-time but managed to start a little earlier. Followed a very slow 4-ball over 1st 9 holes taking 2.5 hrs. Struggled to complete before we lost suitable light but just managed it…. No hesitation in playing again, staff were, as usual, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend…
