Course was in great condition, greens were very good, staff were nice and friendly

Played here for the first time and enjoyed it. The course looks well maintained especially the greens. Friendly staff and nice place have drink afterwards. Will definitely be going back again.

The ‘new’ owners have put a lot of money and effort into making the complex a real treat, from friendly club bar/diner to restoring what had become a tired, tatty course into a well manicured, fair challenge. Greens are now magnificent and run true whilst being fairly receptive. Thoroughly enjoyable round: look forward to playing again soon!

Played Malkins for the first time and overall the condition and course were good and great value for money. It's evident that money and time is being spent and in time will reap the rewards. Only downside was pace of play was exceptionally poor and 2 young lads just unfortunately spoilt the day and even the marshall agreed. Ended up joining a lovely couple called Alice and Chris which made the day end much more enjoyable

Drainage around holes 13/14 i think it was we stopped play here because didn't think it was value for the money ,

So not played here since June 2022, so thought I'd book it and give it another try, was not disappointed, greens were a bit slow ( recently dressed) but otherwise malkins bank is back on our regular calendar, visually loads of hard work and effort has go into improving the coarse and facilities, well done to everyone involved.

Would recommend a round here to anyone, keep up the good work, hopefully see you all soon 👍

Played here many times at this course. Great course ,gets quite wet in winter but now is drying out nicely. Just needs a few things sorting like more bins on tees and half off the tees ball cleaners are empty of water and dome have none at all. Overall a fair price for the course.

Had a nice round at Malkins Bank. Greens not in great shape, but not surprising considering the weather over the past month or so and so am sure things will improve throughout the summer. Good value for money and it was not that busy which was surprising for a bank holiday Monday.

First time at Malkins Bank GC, nice course, really enjoyed it, good layout & condition. Would recommend & play again.

Ive played this course before. It has new owners from a few months ago and you can see a level of investment already. The course was in better condition. At this time of year it should be good, its previously struggled when the summer hits and the heat dries out the ground.

Course is beginning to look really good under new ownership. Owner and staff are super friendly. Looking forward to playing there again.

Not played here for at least 25 years due to work comittments but since retiring and taking golf back up again, I have to say the course and all its amenities have been vastly improved and throughly enjoyed our 2 ball round on Sunday even though the weather was a little too hot. Will most definitely be booking again but as a further pointer to other people wanting to book a slot here, please do not use Golf Now to reserve the time slot as we were double booked for our slot and Malkins bank only now use their new booking system of "Golf Booking"

Played many times over the years and was OK. Course never seemed cared for before. But the last few rounds have been a lot better. Good condition and we can see the improvements that have been made recently. Please don’t get greedy on green fees like some other courses have. A pleasure to play - keep it up. 👍

Much improved over the last year or so like coming here and drive 50 to play here

Played this in June in the middle of summer. Fairways were rock hard in places where it was unable to take any turf with shots, obviously no fairway watering. The green had a lot of sand on and were extremely slow. Lovely course layout but poor conditions.
