Nevada County Country Club

Starter was weird. She said it was very busy but it wasnt. She had to see my reservation to confirm a cart was included because she couldnt see it on her computer. Very fussy! Greens had grass missing on several of them which caused it to kick the ball off line. conditions were not as good as when I have played here before.

I really enjoyed playing this 9 hole course with a variety of Par 3’s and 4’s. Overall had a great time at this course and the Clubhouse in the Victorian House is pretty cool and they have some good grub and drinks too!

Great course for the price and different challenges.

The women in the pro shop checked my name as a GolfNow player, and that was all that was needed. They trusted my reservation—whether for 18 or 9 holes—and my use of a golf cart based on my responses. I appreciated how straightforward and trusting the process was.

Greens are the worst - mini bunkers on the greens. Patches of dirt. Grass growing into the holes, never seen anything like it.

Don’t let the facts it’s only 9 holes fool you. This golf course is long, challenging and fun to play. While playing remember to look up; the long views of landscape and sky are spectacular on a partly cloudy day.

A moderately challenging course for all. Plenty of places to lose your balls in the woods or other places if you hit an errant drive or find 1 of 2 water hazards. All but 1 of the Par 4's are easy to reach in 2 with a good drive. I wish there was at least a Par 5.

Rude old lady in the clubhouse. Wouldn’t let us take a cart out. Walked out of that place.

COURSE AND GREENS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. NO DRIVING RANGE AND DRIVING PRACTICE NETS WHICH USED TO BE IN PLACE ARE NOW REMOVED. ONLY PRACTICE PUTTING AND PITCHING AREAS.

Love playing at the fun course. Smaller greens and were playing fast. Tree lines holes. Great shape and the staff is very friendly. Love playing there.
