The Ridge Golf Course & Events Center

I play here when a good Golf Now Hot Deal is available. Always enjoy a game here. Late October 2026 th greens, tee boxes and some fairways were recently punched, so the ball roll out was compromised. Especially the putting greens. That situation will heal within a couple of weeks.

As usual the staff are friendly and helpful. The facvility is in great condition. The carts are well maintained. The hitting mats on the driving range are in good shape.

Course was in great shape, the greens had been punched recently so a little bumpy as they are recovering.

Mounds of dirt next to tee boxes, valleys of soft mush on the putting green, water and bathrooms at 2/18 holes. This would be acceptable for a $40 muni but disappointing shape for $100 fee. Staff was kind. Would not come back.

No warning about the greens being punched. So heads up, they were punched recently in the last 1-2 weeks. I normally play during the week so there’s not typically a starter. But today(Friday) there was and he was no where to be found until I went for my back swing. Somehow we were managing the tee sheet better than he was.

The course is in great shape other than the greens. Just give us golfers a heads up. I love playing here most times.

Avoid this place for 2 weeks if you want enjoyable greens

This course is humbling and one of the toughest courses in our area. It was epic. The track layout is excellent with holes that require strategic thought. Bunkers are located throughout. The greens are generally quick with tournament pin placement when we played. What an epic experience. The course was in great shape with well-maintained greens and fairways. The t-boxes could be scraped and leveled imo that was probably my only suggestion for elevating the experience further. Also the track itself is beautiful and scenic. The clubhouse is cool the practice facilities are well maintained and probably the most comfortable golf carts I can recall with a cooler and digital screen showing course/hole layout and distances to be aware of. I compared the stances to my range finder and they were true. I stopped using my range finder after the front 9 because I was confident in the screen distances given. I’m in the process of game improvement and just starting to get serious about golf and thoroughly enjoyed this course experience. It’s challenging but one of my new favorites locally.
