Golfer Reviews
Another great round
My group loved the pace of play and the course conditions. We’ll definitely be back to play again!
READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK TEE TIME!
Have played FC many times and enjoyed what is basically a Par 3 course with 2 legitimate Par 4
BUT KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK. MAKE SURE THE ENTIRE COURSE IS OPEN.
1. The entire back 9 is CLOSED while the redo the cart paths - you play the front 9 twice
2. The people setting tee times have waaay over booked. Waited almost 30 min to tee off on #1 the second time when we made the turn.
3. Then there were 2 groups waiting on EVERY hole
4. The have geared down all carts so that the max speed is 6 MPH. - you can walk 3+ mph
Great Metro Atl course
I typically play next door at Legacy Links but I quickly learned that Fox Creek is the better option. The pace of play is great and the course conditions are impressive. There was a small mixup with my tee time but the staff provided free range session for the delay
Improvements in the works
Have played here a bunch. Finally getting rid of the trees breaking up the cart paths and one snd rwo are done. Add that to GPS on the carts and it’s looking up. Greens are in good shape tee boxes need some work. I recommend using more zoysia in the shaded areas. Js Enjoyed the round. Keep up the good work.
Slow play/ too tight tee times
Two and a half hours for nine holes is excessive.
You can’t play par threes until the green clears, causing the backup and slow play.
Also, there was major tree work ongoing during the round. It is needed, but with a full day of golfers, it’s not ideal. Temporarily reduce the number of tee times or reduce the price on days the work is being done.
Decent practice round course
The course is in good shape. The pace of play is always a problem no matter the time of day.....slow.
it was ok. but not at these prices.
It's a B - course charging A+ prices. It's an executive course, mostly par 3s. Course condition leaves a lot to be desired. All of that was fine when they used to have decent prices. Now their prices make this course just not worth it.
Good Fun
Great course for a quick round of golf. Can get backup on some holes, but not too bad. Tee boxes are not all that great on the back 9.
Improving
They are definitely redoing the tee boxes on a couple of holes so where to tee off from was a little confusing, but overall nice to see some improvements going on.
Fox Creek is great!
If you're looking for a beautiful short 18 hole executive corse, then Fox Creek is for you. It's not particularly hard, but it will definitely help you with your short game. Plus the staff is very friendly and keep the pace of play going, I highly recommend Fox Creek - it's fun to play!
It was a pleasant rounding except the marshal’s interruption
Everything was ok except the marshal interrupted with an unpleasant approach of warning when we were only 4 minutes behind of schedule. We felt it was not necessary since our front and the back players were good distance to each other. After the marshal’s warning our mental were disrupted we started to not enjoying the games.
