Our series opener starts at the Royal Portrush Golf Club, home of the 148th & 153rd Open Championships. Located on the North coast of Ireland, the Royal Portrush is a fun course with a great variety of holes. Paul and Chris start at the first hole, “Hughies”, a challenging opener where winds can easily push shots out of bounds. Chris takes on hole 6, “Harry Colt’s”, joined by former Open Champion, Darren Clarke. Located cliffside on lush, rolling hills, hole 6 offers stunning views of the ocean. Venturing onto Hole 4, “Fred Daly’s”,  the hardest hole on the course, Chris is joined by actor James Nesbitt. Framed by lush greenery and trees, hole 4  leads to a breathtaking view of the water as you approach the final stretch. Off the course, James and Chris meet for a drink and discussion at Harry’s Shack, the beachside coastal snug, along the Northern Ireland shore.
