Mountain Harbour Golf Club

Just dropped in driving from Cherokee to Rome GA. Staff was so friendly,parks nag lot was full but said "of course" you can play! Everything they did was in hopes you will return. Beautiful clubhouse. Great food, pro shop staff very friendly. Course was fun to play, not easy but fair. Some elevation and beautiful homes on course. $44 each for me and my wife. I will make a point of playing this course again and again

The course was in good shape and the golf holes are challenging but not too tough. Weather when we played was good but was getting sticky when we finished.

This is a really fun golf course to play. The views are fun to take in as you play up and around a little valley that looks like a village from the front nine to the back. Course is well taken care of, staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is worth staying for a meal. The course sets up well for every level of player and is fair in terms of difficulty.

Fun course with beautiful scenery. I took friend who had never played the course and he was very impressed.

we lost our cell phone and everyone from grounds people to cart person to pro shop were genuinely concerned and helpful. the course was well kept and lots of fun as well as challenging . thanks for making our round enjoyable,

I have played this golf courses many times over the years. And the past year they have been making many improvements to the golf course. Which makes it a lot better to play. I would recommend this golf course for all handicaps. I will definitely keep playing this golf course

The Ridges is a course that I have wanted to play for some time and was told by my playing partner it was extreme. That turned out to be slightly understated. The course, views and facilities were all good to excellent. I found it challenging and local knowledge helps a lot. The issue I had was that the greens left something to be desired, whether it was the sizes (small in some cases that bordered on very small) to pin and green elevation position. Green were in good shape probably because they were firm and appeared not many were been hit. The elevations and slopes were borderline ridiculous (like playing at a mini golf course) thus if you missed the put uphill, the ball would roll past where you were and off the green in some cases. Legal?

But I like to say that I'm sure with the current repairs underway and now that spring/summer are upon us, the course will return to its excellent ratings like before. This is a course where you will need a good iron and short game to have a chance. I will be back in the summer to play!!

Course is beautiful and will only get better as spring arrives. Perfect everything based upon the time of year.

My wife and I have played this course several times and have always had a good experience. In times of high rainfall the course has a few wet holes, but they will close the course if it is too wet.

Greens were in very good condition. I am not a huge fan of the layout but the course is in much improved condition over what it was several years ago. The only complaint I have is with respect to a couple of the pin locations. On at least one hole, I had an uphill 10' putt and the putt rolled up even to the hole and rolled all the way back down to me and back off the fringe of the green.

We love The Ridges. My friends drive 3 hours to meet me there. They love the course and personnel and would rather come here than any course.

Course was in very good condition for late November thanks to the weather. Pin placements were very challenging on the "turtle-back" greens. Holiday weekend with lots of players caused slow play. Ranger had slow players move up a hole to speed up play. Good to see this. Bunkers were need some work due to prior heavy rains.

Absolutely one of the best mountain courses in the area. The course is in great shape, the fairways have entered their dormancy and the greens are in excellent condition. The staff is always friendly and the facilities are top rate. Don't understand why this place isn't overbooked every day. This has become one of my go to courses year round.

This course was in very good condition. The greens were in excellent shape. This area has had a lot of rain this year but the course looked great. Hazards were in just the right spot to make it a challenge. You couldn't ask for better staff. Very courteous and helpful. You can play this course for $25.00 through the winter. Any time any day. I will definitely play here again. GPS in every cart.

This is a great course and a great value. It has all the perks of much more expensive courses with a more personal feel. I recommend this course to any level of golfer.

Finally got to take my father-in-law to this course today and got the hot special for $10 each. The greens we played on at the Ridges were the best we have played on. The staff at the pro shop have always treated me and my family first class. Always look forward to playing here and it is worth the 35 minute drive for the price I paid! Will keep on coming back!

Played with grandson, course was in fantastic shape. Greens were fast and pin locations were tough. Set up for member tourney next day. People helpful & friendly. Pace of play was excellent and weather was gorgeous. Will definitely play again when in the area!

Beautiful surroundings. Great course conditions. New carts with GPS. What more could you want? Right...a great GOLFNOW price.

Played this course a total of four times between Sept and October. It was evident that the weather had disrupted the maintenance of the course. Too much rain to get the greens mowed and cleared on the early end and too much rain due to hurricane, etc on the back end.

Overall the course is challenging and in good condition. Blind holes, up and down holes reflecting the local terrain abound. Bring balls with you just in case. No houses on course and it usually moves very well.

Hayesville is a great place for a vacation and the golf course selection is wonderful.

For those interested in food, pre-made sandwiches, no hot food on days I played.

The Ridges have kept the course in awesome shape. Rough is cut short making the round go faster when finding wayward shots quicker.
