Best 4 star Mtn Course around.
Truly a nice layout with beautiful homes and scenery. Bring your spouse for the nice views. The greens and fairways were very nice but only second to Brass Valley about 30 min away. I would definitely play this again and it is a great valley to boot. B+
Takes some getting used to!
A beautiful setting for mountain golf and a new experience for "flatlanders"! We found it harder than the slope rating indicated…but went back a second day and did much better. Nice clubhouse and beautiful homes surrounding the course. Grill room was nice for lunch
Too Many Bud Light cans
Played here for a few years nice course that most took care of but the more Bud Lights in the trash cans the more unfilled divots in the fairways and on the greens. Enjoy a cold one but fix your divots!!
Beautifull day and Course
Course was in excellent shape and views of the mountains makes it a great course too play!
Great "mountain" course
It was a cool crisp morning and playing the course was great. The Ridges is always in very nice condition. Despite being a mountain course there are plenty of flat lies to hit from.
Nice course in a beautiful setting
Very nice course in a stunning area with views of the mountains. Pretty challenging for beginning golfers with many severe elevation changes. Really fun if you are interested in a true mountain course. Very friendly staff.
Great course - Slow play
We really enjoyed the course but for the slow play. We had to wait at every shot from hole 5 thru 18 as the foursome in front would not let a twosome play thru. There was not a ranger on the course.
Beautiful!!!
The Ridges has become one of my all time favorite courses to play. Are there longer courses, yes. Are there better lay outs, yes. BUT, the combination of staff friendliness, course conditions and majestic setting, make this golfing destination my course of choice.
Diamond in the Rough
I love playing this course. Little bit of a drive for me and kind of back in a hole but once you play it you'll be back. Even with lack of rain the fairways and greens are in great shape. Rough is challenging as it should be. Bunkers are fluffy. Just a real good course.
Doing a great job
I have played this course numbers of times over the years. The property owners of the "Ridges at Mountain Harbor" have taken ownership of the golf course, as it should be, and have done a great job bringing back the beauty and playability of the gold course. The course is enjoyable and affordable. If you find yourself in the area, this is a must play.

Course was in excellent shape. Fairways as good as as they have ever been, and greens good also.

I have been coming to Hayesville for 10 years for vacation, and was encouraged to play The Ridges since my first year here. For those who are unaware, one year, the owners had to keep the course going and it was a little rough! Now the course is in great shape, the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful, and we had a great time on a wonderful course. Thank you, Ridges; I will be back!
