I would go back.
Very one very friendly and helpful. Carts are great, Fast. Coming from Ohio, my hotel recommended it. Only 10 mins away.

Great Round
Fairways in good shape and Greens are great. Some areas are rocky along the edges, but overall a great municipal course.

Golf on Backnine extremly affected by greenkeeping.
While playing the Backnine of the course our game was permanently interrupted and affected by 3 greenkeepers mowing the fairways and other areas of the course. They never stopped and permanently interfered our play. We had them around us almost ever hole on the Backnine. This made the round for us an extremely bad experience.
At the end this is not what we expected and what we paid for.

Great weather, excellent playing conditions, wonderful value, friendly staff
Jamestown Park delivered another outstanding golf experience.
I was joined up in a nice foursome. Pace of play was good, 4 1/2 hours for 18 holes with riding cart.
The staff, including Marcie and Alberta, is helpful, friendly, and professional.
Value was terrific at $21 on Tee Off.com.
The weather was perfect, more like a fall day in August.
Conditions from tee to green are excellent, with the greens rolling true and fast.
I highly recommend Jamestown Park for scenery, challenge, conditions, great staff, and value.
Make Jamestown Park a public course of choice!
Over booked
The course was nice but they over booked and the wait was terrible. Probably want play again

A poorly designed municipal course
The greens are hard and made to be durable, but that means they don’t break true and are gimmicky.
The first few holes are all side by side, same length, and impossibly long for your average 230-250 driver of golf ball.
Rough is overgrown and my partner easily lost a sleeve in the deep rough.
There are far better courses for the same price in ~ 15 miles of this course. Go there so you can shoot a decent score.

Good course
The greens had been aerated within the previous couple of weeks and were still recovering. They were quite slow. Once the greens recover and quicken, it will be a lot nicer.

Pretty course
The course is really pretty and green. The greens look like they had been aeriated a few weeks prior and they were quite slow.
The par 5s were a little short and the par 4s were quite long. The par 3s were short as well.
