The Coves At Round Mountain

They are really turning this course around, beginning to see lots of Bermuda in fairways. The staff has been deligently spraying the crabgrass so the transition to Bermuda is well on its way. Tees are much improved and should be all Bermuda by next season. Greens are fantastic for a low budget golf club. Collars/fringes need some work but it’s obvious the staff is addressing those issues with some sod being laid. The course layout is very fun to play with some driveable par 4’s and plenty of elevation change. Awesome views of table rock and grandfather mountain. Very fun course to play and is Caldwell county’s best kept secret. Look forward to continue watching this course improve.

Course conditions have been greatly improved from years ago. Fairways have improved significantly and the greens are in great shape. New Golf Carts and new practice putting green add to an enjoyable day of golf. A challenging mountain course that is open to the public has great views and is a great value for the price.
