Fantastic course
My first time playing this course and I was not disappointed. Course was in fantastic shape & i couldn't believe they still have bent grass greens ......all the courses near me have switched over to bermuda. I had forgotten how nice the ball rolls on bent grass.
The staff was extremely friendly as were the other players we chatted with. For $35 on a Sunday no less, this place is a bargain. I will DEFINITELY be back again.

Glad we found it!!!
It is a bit of a drive for us to get to this course but we will definitely be back! Course was in great shape for the time of the year. It is a challenging but fair course for all golfers. I am a high handicapper but I thoroughly enjoyed the course. We will definitely be back to play it in the spring.
Best value for Money
Just a short drive from Hickory to this wonderful parkland setting. Excellent Snack bar with everything made to order.

UNDER THE RADAR!
This course should be ranked right up top in 5 courses in the foothills. It is a mature course that is well mantained and with a great layout and spectacular views. This course used to be private and it shows in the quality it still maintains.
Well maintained, tough but fun
I have played Cedar Rock several times and always find it challenging because each time the holes have something I did not see the last time. The staff is professional yet friendly and it is exactly what you look for in a "country club" as far as quality and amenities, great rounds!!
