Loved the layout, in general great course

Greens a bit slow (needed a cut)

Course was fully booked on the Friday afternoon we played.

Pace of play was impacted by 90 degree off cart path rule (due to lots of rain the week prior) and there was 1 group ahead of us that was slower.

The layout is fair and there are beautiful views and homes surrounding the course.

The greens rolled true and the fairways were immaculate. Traps were a bit rougher due to rainy prior week.

The bar/dining area has a great view of the course and we ended up staying for dinner and enjoyed the musician playing. The bar/food staff is great and attentive. The food came out quick and was very good. The prime rib special was excellent.

This was our first time playing this course and we would definitely come back

They were very amenable and helpful after a medical emergency took me off the course. I have played here before and they are a class ac.

This was my 5th round playing here and the course has been remarkably consistent. The staff is friendly and accommodating, driving range and putting green are spacious and the course is challenging, but fair. My brother, who came down from VA and shot a 74, said he appreciated the quality of the fairways and consistency of the greens. I always have a terrific experience on and off the course at Greensboro National.

It's been years since i played NC golf. This course was well maintained and in incredible shape for just coming out of winter. Greens rolled well; Pro shop staff was friendly, and the starter was helpful getting me started on this course for the first time. I'm sure they'll get quicker over time. Since I travel for work here for the foreseeable future it will definitely be my go-to course. Thank you! See you again real soon !

Absolutely love this place… Course conditions were a little rough after a big rain the day before… a number of very scenic holes around a big lake… Greens rolled great… Used all the clubs in my bag!

Played this course for the 1st time when I bought a deal on Golf Now. From the minute I got out of my car, I was greeted by friendly & helpful staff, which made me feel great about my choice to play Greensboro National. The Pro Shop was well stocked, and the Asst. Golf Pro let me know where to go and what I should know about the course. I was a single player, so they teamed me with another golfer who knew a lot about the course, which was helpful. I enjoy the social aspect of golf, so I was happy that they matched me with another single. The greens were in great shape, and the fairway still had a winter grass, but was very playable. I'm guessing by May the course will be in top shape. During the round I was greeted by the cart girl & course ranger making sure our round was going well. After the round was complete, I enjoyed a tasty beer with a Burger & fries. at their Tavern. I really enjoyed the course and will return.

Made a 1-hour drive to play this course and it was worth it. The greens were in excellent shape. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a 19th hole meal and beer at their tavern, and the food was tasty. I will return to play again, and that's the best thing you can say about a course

Great course, great value, fun layout, needs managed better. As a single, got paired up with another single and a young college couple. Typical for a course to do, no worries. However, this young couple was awful, taking their dear time while taking double digit strokes on every hole. 9 holes took 2.5hrs. Beautiful day and the other single was a solid, chill golfer, so no worries. But, this young buck got sent out from the pro shop and had the audacity to ask us to pick it up as if it wasn’t their fault. Didn’t say a word to the young couple. We lost the couple for the back 9, then the other single and I were held up the entire time by the two groups in front of us. Nothing from the clubhouse. Just be careful allowing the pro shop to pair you up with randoms and be prepared for amateur course management.

Our round at Greensboro National was great, other than the rangers. The pro shop had the rangers come and speak with us multiple times when we were more than a hole in front of the group behind us the entire time. It was very off-putting. On a windy day we played in about 4:30 and 3 of my group had never seen the course. The marshalls were friendly, but to be bothered multiple times when we weren't slowing the course down was silly.
