Lake Junaluska Golf Course

Front nine holes are a little short for a full course, but are enjoyable and offer some challenging shots. The back nine begin well, but holes 14, 15 and 16 are disappointing. Fairways were nice and putting greens were excellent. Friendly atmosphere and perfect for a new golfer or someone wanting to play a quick round at a relatively friendly price. Good pace of play. Expect to play 18 in about 3.5 hours even if needing to wait a bit between holes. Expect quicker if there is little or no wait.

The greens were in pretty good shape. Holes are pretty short but fairways are fairly skinny and rough is pretty thick. The cart path is all gravel which is kinda of rough ride the whole day. Overall a pleasant experience

This is a short track with some of the weirdest holes you will ever see. The greens had been recently punched so they were a little slow and bumpy however, this course is well with playing and lots of fun.

This course has been under in ownership for around 2 years now. In that time this place has totally come a new. It’s not even the same place it has changed some much for the better. Keep it up!

This is a funky little track but well worth playing. Some of the weirdest holes I’ve ever seen in golf. The greens were still a little bumpy from being punched but besides that it’s a fun track. I’d love to play it again with faster greens.

A nice local course to keep your skills in tune. Friendly atmosphere. I wish there was a place to warm up but I understand in this region real estate is a premium.

The greens had been aerated 10-14 days earlier and where no where near being grown back.. Very bumpy .Fairways were rock hard and spotty. I bet they were nice earlier in the summer when they were more lush.

This is a demanding layout for the average golfer. Accurate tee shots are required. You must be in good physical shape to play this course.

Course it self is fine, a lot of blind spots. The Green’s have been worked up and very rough to put. I believe a course should discount or inform players when this has been done.

Arrived early and the staff got us out right away. The greens have just been punched. Big punch too. The front played about average time. The back we caught up with a group of 5 and a group of 6. Came to a dead stop.

This would be a fun layout if they had better grooming. First time is a bit confusing where to hit you’re ball because of blind hills.

i have played this place a few times and it is a fun golf track! not super hard but super fun! it is on the easy side but i would drive an hour again to play here anytime!!!

The course isn’t worth the money and the layout is awful. Power piles in the middle of a fairway. Huge drop offs from the tee boxes, hard to tell where the greens are. It should cost $25 for a round.
