Brigantine Golf Links
About
The public, 18-hole golf course at Brigantine Golf Links is not only beautiful scenery and a great game it is also a National Audubon Sanctuary. Its layout has roots in Scottish golfing tradition. The golf course utilizes the natural environment featuring a softly rolling terrain and marshes as well as gorgeous bay views.
Like traditional Scottish Links courses, Brigantine is marked by nearly tree-less greens and the type of shot to take often depends on the wind. There are powerful sea breezes that affect the shots and bunkers that make for an interesting game. The smooth, rolling greens encourage a bump-and-run strategy. The scenic course's location close to the Atlantic City boardwalk and the challenging, but fun game it offers make it popular among tourists and locals of all skill levels.

Brigantine
i previously posted my review. The course conditions were horrific, greens were pathetic and pace of play was ridiculous. There were two holes open in front of the group that was in front of us. I tried calling the clubhouse but got an answering machine. We teed off at 7:54. we play a lot of golf at the Jersey Shore and frankly, Golf Now should be embarrassed to be associated with a dump like this. Can't recommend this course to anyone. not worth $ 40.00 including cart.
Brigantine Golf Links
Paid $85 on Labor Day. Too much money for the condition of the course. Most senior tee boxes were full of crabgrass. Many fairways were burnt to a crisp. In fairness, greens for the most part were above average and fast.
HORRIFIC CONDITIONS AND PATHETIC PACE OF PLAY
GREENS WERE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN THEM. WE TEED OFF AT 7:54 AND NEVER SAW A RANGER ALL DAY. THE GROUP AHEAD OF US WAS TWO HOLES BEHIND THHE ENTIRE ROUND. I TRIED CALLING THE CLUBHOUSE BUT GOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE. THERE WAS A GOLF NOW FEE OF $ 30.00 FOR OUR FOURSOME AND BRIGANTINE GREEN FEES WERE $ 99.00 EACH PLAYER. WE PLAY A LOT OF GOLF AND THIS COURSE WAS IN THE ABSOLUTE WORST SHAPE FOR A NJ SHORE GOLF COURSE I HAVE EVER SEEN. IN RETROSPECT, IF THEY CHARGED US $ 40.00 IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO MUCH. WE PLAYED ONE MONTH AGO AND IT WASN’T GREAT BUT NOT HORRIFIC LIKE YESTERDAY. GOLF NOW SHOULD BE EMBARASSED FOR ALL THE ADVERTISING YOU DO TO HAVE YOUR NAME ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DUMP.
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT YOUR SYSTEM MAKES ME GIVE AT LEAST ONE STAR FOR EACH CATEGORY
Mosquito Central
Mosquitoes were everywhere. Can’t understand why they don’t spray. If it’s not the mosquitoes, it’s the green heads. Course has so much potential. So sad.
Hi, thank you so much for leaving us with your feedback. We value our customer experience, so your review is important to us. We will make note and we hope to see you back at TOP PICK
Brigantine Golf Links!
Very poor condition
Very friendly staff, great club house, but course is in significant disrepair. About 50% of greens are good, and others have disease, weeds and dead patches. Extremely damaged fairways and approach areas, even some sink holes in places. Perhaps it’s had significant flooding events which may have caused this.
As a result felt that c100 usd per person was outrageous for this course, would have said 40 usd much more appropriate for it to fall within the “value for money” bucket.
We apologize for your experience and appreciate your feedback. We are committed to addressing these issues and improving the course conditions to provide better value for our guests.
Good Course
If you are in the area and want to get a round in, Brigantine links will do the trick. Interesting layout, decent shape. Probably slightly overpriced for what you get.
Good vacation time course
We play here every year when on vacationing in South Jersey. Overall, not a bad course for the value. There are several challenging holes! Otherwise, it is not a difficult course to score low.
I will play here again in near future.

Brigantine Golf Links.
Loved it
Great course! This is a really good layout. Loved the seaside views and homes. The greens were in very good condition, fairways were decent. Fun, challenging course. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had a few drinks after the round, met a group of locals and had a good laugh with them. Overall, it was a perfect day while visiting my daughter.
Wow! We are so happy you enjoyed your round! We look forward to seeing you again soon at TOP PICK
Brigantine Golf Links.
Major Disappointment
It started at the pro shop when we mentioned there were no carts outside, and he told us this was not their “first rodeo”. Then the starter admonishing us for being tardy - all because there were no carts ready.
Course is in abysmal shape. Actually crabgrass on the greens. Fairway v Rough? No difference. No sense having takes. Most traps had no sand.
The city needs to review the management of this course. Could be good… but far away now.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We take your feedback seriously and will address these concerns with our team to improve the course conditions and service.
Not worth it
Pace of play was terrible. The courses in terrible conditions not worth the money we paid and if you’re playing in the month of July, look out for the horseflies because they bite and draw blood.
We were twosome walking there’s a force in front of us. We spoke to the Ranger and ask Him to maybe talk to the guys about letting us play through or speeding up a little bit he just looked at his shoulders and said it is what it is and drove off
Thank you for your review. We will be sharing your feedback with our team to make improvements. Thank you.
Challenging course lots of hazards.
It was okay, no cart person, pace of play was wildly slow. The course was fun and challenging. Make sure you bring plenty of snacks and water, ha ha.
No views of the bay or ocean unfortunately.
Oh and get repellent if you are playing in summer.
Thank you for your review. We will be sharing your feedback with our team to make improvements. Thank you.
Not worth the money
Course was in pretty bad shape. Burnt out, some of the greens were diseased, and one had a round drain near the cup. On the green. Maybe it would be better in the spring? IF you can get on for $40 or so, maybe its worth the money. There's way better courses around for $100.
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and the condition of the course during your visit. We appreciate your feedback and are working on improving the course conditions for a better experience in the future.
