Nice value in the country
Friendly staff all around. Huge amount of rain last 2 weeks has left the course really wet. Crew has done everything possible to make it playable and let you know where drainage might come into play. Greens true but a little slow. Solid value for the money.
the trees have grown so much
I remember when I was younger, you could try to drive #9 the trees have grown in immensely. This course is sneaky tough. Good conditions. My gripe is driving range no drivers… I needed to work on my driver before my round and was really bad off the tee today. I love this course tho!
Challenging course with some tight fairways
You will use every club in your bag at this varied course.
Good course
Wide open fairways. Not a lot of hazards. Open to public.
Great shape and fun layout
Rolling Green has a fun layout and is in great shape. Course is challenging but for the most part fair. Mix of tight fairways, long and short holes and well manicured greens made the day enjoyable. Young lady running the register was very pleasant and welcomed me with a smile. Highly recommend this course.
Enjoyable
Interesting course, many hidden penalty areas, you need to play multiple times to know where the trouble is. Front nine greens seemed slower than back nine greens.
Love it
This is one of those courses that I could play every day of the week and not get bored. I love the layout, especially the fact that every hole you need to pay attention. For example, the hidden water on 7, 8, and 11. If you've never played here before, those 3 holes can leave you scratching your head a tad after you see a splash after you thought you hit one perfect. The greens were nice and smooth and the tee boxes, greens and rough were in great shape. The bunkers, I'm not sure because I only found one on #4, but that one was nice. It's not Augusta, but it's in terrific shape. And as always, a very accommodating staff. Well worth the drive if you're not local.
