Course keeps getting better, greens probably about 9 on stimp. Worth the Hot Deal price for sure.

Sending groups off the back later to where your first tee times have to wait at #10 to Tee off for 30+ is greedy and not fair to those players.

The course was in good condition, staff was friendly, pace of play was excellent (as expected for mid-week). For as much rain as we’ve had, the course was very playable and we were cart path only for only 2 holes. The greens were a little slower, again likely due to recent rain accumulation.

Legacy is back as a solid choice in the Pinehurst area!

Tee boxes are a bit tired, greens were slow and grainy. Bunkers in good shape, fairways are good too. Regarding the tees, the tee boxes need to be moved more often to avoid ware. The tees on the par 3's are too small and as a result are just dirt on three of them.

Booked this round last minute and was very pleased with the whole experience. Friendly welcoming staff. It appears they’ve recently renovated the course and clubhouse, and everything was very well done.

Challenging layout, good greens with very few dry spots. Water has been at a premium around here so this was a nice surprise . They're doing a lot of work on the course.....planting trees, bunker maintenance, cutting etc. Nicely maintained and will only get better.

Course was in good shape. Played really slow. Marshaled made the rounds twice in 18 holes. Front 9 got backed up by two foursomes playing very slow. The group behind us we were informed was employees hit into us thinking we were slowing down play but we were stuck behind the group ahead of us. Back 9 start was weird with the starter gone, and a couple groups having stopped or getting food. Of note - turkey and ham sandwich are not worth the $9 price in the group we purchased 3 sandwiches and all of them only had 1 piece of cheese and 2 pieces of meat.

Rain for the first nine. Fairway and greens did not seem to be affected much.

Only thing I suggest the club do is place towels in the carts on days like this. For the premium fees that would have been a big help.

Played this course after being beaten up by the Donald Ross courses. Nice to have receptive greens and friendlier bounces around the greens.

Enjoyed the layout and conditions were excellent. Seems like they are putting money into the course and facilities and it is paying off.

Played the course yesterday with my wife. It was my first time back since I played shortly after it opened in 1991! I still love the layout. Ok, now some of the negatives. For the price to play (over $300 for 2) we were disappointed in the practice area conditions, lack of towels/water on the cart, no toilets/restrooms on the course but there are port o potties!, and the food service being out of many basic items. Still a lovely experience but price is a bit high for what is delivered….I think some attention to detail would serve this price/value ratio well….cheers

Wonderful layout and well maintained! Love this course, but it has gotten pricey. It is now a splurge and not a course we can play multiple times.

Very good course and nicely redone clubhouse. Practice facility awful and attention to detail on the course was not the best. No water coolers and where there were coolers, no cups. Ball washers old and some were dry and the towels need replacing. Good staff, but this facility is a far step from Talamore.

It has been a few years since I played this course. It is under new ownership and the improvements are immediately noticeable. The newly paved parking lot and cart paths, nice carts, new clubhouse are all a bonus. The course conditions and layout are great. The pace of play was outstanding. 3.5 hours! The staff was friendly and accommodating. This was a very enjoyable day!

Overpriced for poor course conditions. No grass on driving range. Very disappointing.

Great layout, progress in renovation is going well

Enjoyed playing this course so much that our son is considering purchasing a home on the course! Got paired up with another father and son and had a great round. Had to stay cart path only as the area had considerable rain the previous days. Great course!

Luv the layout and water holes but pace of play was maddening. Know it was a warm Sunday but tee time was 1:20, started at 1:30, at the turn it was almost 4. On 10 the tee box was three groups deep. Adding a few minutes to tee spacing would really help.
