About
Brunswick Plantation & Golf Resort is a 27-hole layout located in the fishing village of Calabash, North Carolina, abut 20 minutes north of Myrtle Beach.
It has three distinct nines: the Magnolia, Azalea and Dogwood. On all nines, you need to hit the ball straight off the tee, taking care of the fairway bunkers, some of which are fairly high-lipped. The course has quick, bent-grass greens, moderately large, and lush, well-tended fairways set amidst tall, Carolina pines.
On the magnolia course, there are water holes, and the course is heavily mounded and bunkered.

Great play for the price. Course was in very condition. Well worth the price.
Really good value near Ocean Isle Beach
All good except one little thing - please ensure you don’t start a single golfer on the 10th hole (his 1st) in the middle of some other golfers already tight and playing 18!
WORTH PLAYING FOR SURE!
We played Dogwood-Azalea and both courses were in excellent conditions. Tee boxes, fairways and greens. We were extremely pleased with such great conditions. Definitely worth the money. We will play there again for sure.
Great Course
First time playing this course and loved every minute of it. Course was in great condition with well cared for fairways and greens. Have been coming to MB for years and this is by far the best course we have played so early in the season. Great price and great course. I will definitely be coming back.

Found this course last year when we were here. We love it. Plan on playing it at least 6 or 7 times this go around.

Outstanding experience! Enjoyed everything about this course. It was tremendous and will definitely play when returning to Myrtle Beach.
Beautiful course with many unique holes
This course was in great condition condition for this time of year. Unfortunately, they had a ton of rain and required carts on the path only. I understand their rationale, just made it a 5 hour round due to the groups a head of us needing more time 5o walk across the fairways.
I was a little surprised that carts needed to ne in by 630.
