Just good to get out
Feeling fortunate to play 18 on a good course during the COVID-19 crisis. Greens were good. Fun track to play.
Frist Timer
CPVID 19 making it more and more difficult to find open courses. Cranston CC took extra precautions to sanitize conditions (eg. one person per cart, flag stays in all the time with no touching, protective rim around cup). Course is beautiful and well-maintained. Great round! Will return soon. Could not comment on amenities because only the Pro Shop was open.
cart paths were a bit bumpy. was glad to see roped off fairways as the fairways will be great to play on this spring and summer.
Winter golf
Weather limited the number of players so we moved right along and despite the weather we had a good time!!
not bad for price
last played here in summer of 2018&course was in much better shape but not bad for November after 2 days on rain, greens definitly soft,but a little lumpy
Fall Golf
Course was in excellent shape. The only knock I would give this course is that the traps need some work. Pace of play was great and the grounds crew did a great job with removing leaves from the course. Took a friend and it was his first time there and he loved the course and said he would play there regularly even though it’s a hour away from him.
Buatiful Course
Everything about this country club is good. Awesome!
It was okay..
As stated in other reviews, the greens were slow and didnt roll true. The ball constantly bobbled off a clean stroke. The course layout however is superb and not in bad condition. The other downside was the pace of play. It got really backed up on the back 9. Overall decent course.
Goat Ranch
I have a suggestion- how about mow the greens or the fairways ! My front lawn is more fun to putt

Love Cranston but...
Unfortunately, this round took a total time of 6 hrs 9 mins... that’s terrible however the pace of play is notoriously slow here MOST of the time. (I’ve also played a round here in under 4 hours)
Course was in fantastic shape, firm greens that rolled true all day from 1-18! Will always come back and recommend it to anyone with nothing to do for the day! If you have patience, Cranston is the place for you!!
Mike and associate in the pro shop
I had a setback getting to the course for my 12:37 today. In fact, I was an hour and 45 minutes late. Nevertheless, Mike who was in the Pro Shop at the time, managed to get me 18 holes of golf. He would have been within his right to turn me away but instead decided to help me. There were leagues scheduled to play so, it made it somewhat difficult, but he found a way to work it out, and I Am grateful for it. Pro Shops everywhere need more people like him. Thanks again
Impressed
Loved this course! Very long, well designed, nice greens, teeboxes and fairways. Almost feels like private country club caliber course.

Course is a challenge but fair. In really good shape but greens are a little slow
Nice Course
Conditions for mid summer were excellent. Fairways are well groomed. Greens play well and are consistent throughout. Overall a very satisfying day.
Very nice course
I loved the course condition and layout. I played 18 holes in 3 hours 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely be back.
