About

Holes 18
Type Semi-Private
Par 72
Length 6642 yards
Slope 130
Rating 71.5

Playing just 6,642 yards from the tips, The Landing at Pleasant Point is a pleasing play for all level of golfer, making it one of the most popular golf courses in the Hilton Head region.

A Russell Breeden design, The Landing at Pleasant Point features rolling fairways and spectacular views. One of its main draws, however, is its price tag: It's one of the most affordable golf courses in the area.

Normally in good condition, it's a golf course that will reward accuracy and punish shots of folly; it's not too hard though, with a moderate 130 slope rating from the tips.

Nature lovers will enjoy the wildlife on the golf course. You'll see plenty of critters wandering about, and perhaps even deer or alligators.

Wildlife Paradise

Golf is great but the slection of wildlife brings joy to the game. Holes are challenging and greens fast, course gets in better shape every time we have played. Keep up the good work and cuddo s to all that work there.

Good value for your money

We made the drive from Hilton Head to Lady's Island to play and it was worth the trip. The lady at the pro shop was friendly and enthusiastic. The course was in good shape although I found the greens a bit uneven for putting. We would certainly come back at this price. A side trip back to Beaufort was a good way to end the day.

Great course for the price

Tee boxes needed some work, but this is a great course for the money. Very challenging with hard sloped greens. Looks like mainly a locals course but after playing expensive Harbor Town this $30 rate helped bring down the average cost and had just as much fun.

Great Value, worth the Drive

Read the reviews for this course and everyone said its worth the money. Took my grandson and he totally enjoyed his first time playing 18 holes. There are 5 tee blocks so the course is challenging at any level. I am an 8 handicapper and felt the course challenged me from the back (Blue) tee blocks. Believe it was 6,600 yards. Took the hour and 10 minutes drive for Hilton Head and would definitely go back.

First and probably last

Course could be really nice with the proper maintenance. But based on the membership deal they were offering locals, I don't see how they can get enough money to properly maintain the course. $149 for unlimited golf for rest of 2017, you only pay for your cart...$17 per play. Who does that? Layout of course is nice and pace of play was great because I basically had the course to myself. Greens need a lot of work....bumpy and some were somewhat distressed. Fairways were ok for this time of year although many places where there was no grass. While price was right, would recommend this course for beginners.

Good Value Course

A decent course for a beginner golfer. Fairways were a bit dry, but par for the course for this time of year. Greens and tee boxes were in decent shape. Would recommend playing if you're looking for an afternoon of golf for a good price.

Great Golfing Value

TGC at Pleasant Point is a great golfing value. Although the course has some rough areas, the lay-out requires making some accurate shots rather than just blasting away. The staff was very friendly and helped make the experience worthwhile.
