I am a Senior and it was a little to long for me but it has a good lay out Greens ran good and true fairways need a little attention overall not a bad course It was cart path only and that wasn't mentioned untill I got there

Nice course for the money
Nice layout and one of the only courses in Charlotte area that was designed to walk if you can. Only complaint is course was dry as a desert but still required cart path only play. With my bad knees it was very inconvenient and unnecessarily painful.

Descent Course
I have to say the staff was very friendly and helpful, so hats off to them. I played on a Monday afternoon so it wasn't that busy which was great for the pace of play, especially in a golf cart (they were standard electric but in good condition). The area had experienced frost lately so the fairways weren't in the best shapes, but regardless they still looked a bit rough. Not sure if this area experiences a lot of floods, but the majority of the greens were on an elevated level, which gets a little old after 9 holes. Overall a good course to play, and fairly easy so you should be able to walk away with minimal ball loss.

Greens and bunkers
Some of the best greens around, great people. But the bunkers are clay and gravel, very inconsistent, add a stroke if you find a bunker.
