Good place to play for the price
Overall a good coruse. New ownership is doing a fantasic job redoing the course. Hole 7 is re opened but not quite 100% yet.
Ongoing
I’ve been coming here for the last year or so. The value is there plus I like to be able to play at a slower place with my girlfriend. She feels comfortable which is huge when starting out. Great value! Excited to see where the course is in a years time
Making improvements
Staff is always friendly . They are putting in work and #7 is back open Greens we’re a little rough but not too bad. Gotta think by summer they will have it in pretty good shape. Fun layout.
Much better than last year!!!
It is amazing at the progress the new management is making on the course. The pro shop looks completely different to. The course looks different and much better every time we play.
I really like the improvements they are making.
The greens have improved tremendously over the past few years. The staff has improved starting with the young woman who works the front counter daily. She is always sweet personable and shows a true concern with her golfers. The owner always comes out and speaks to every golfer who walks in the door. This makes it a better place even while improving the course. GRAAT JOB.
The course was very good for the value
The course is still being worked on but is a good course nonetheless. It had some very interesting holes and some challenging obstacles, lots of trees if you can’t stay on the fairway like me. But very friendly staff and an very fun time!

Not worth it even for the price
Grass in the fairways are a mix of grass and weeds. Greens are not in good condition, and maintenance around the holes are full of branches and leaves. Lost a couple balls in the middle of the fairway. Would not recommend. Staff was friendly but that is the only real positive.

Amazing improvements
I am totally amazed at how much this course has improved in the past few months!!! You can see the hard work going into the course from the staff! Super cheap to play , too!
Greens unplayable
Greens were so bad, full of weeds and dead spots. Couldn't play them, the rest of the course was okay. 5/6 really bad hole layouts, and one hole fully closed at the moment. Hard to enjoy when the greens can't be played.

Getting better!
Been a few years since I first played the course. To be fair, I’m not the best golfer but still wasn’t interested in coming back after the first time I came out here due to course conditions and I'm by no means picky. I decided to give the course another go recently. Over the last couple months I’ve played about 5 times here. Have really seen improvements each time I’ve set up a tee time with the last 5 outings. I think the price is a steal considering they’ve had issues over the last few years with the course. It’s really starting to come along.

Disappointed
First time playing this course and I will never return. The greens were punched a week ago, so I was not expecting them to be in great shape, however I expected them to have grass on them. It was embarrassing. I took my two boys golfing and apologized to them on every shot. There was only one hole where there was true turf grass. The rest was crabgrass or weeds or dirt. The tee boxes were a disaster, sand traps had hard pan dirt.
I have played on a lot of courses over the years and this is by far the worst course conditions I have ever seen.
Close this course down or remove it from the online booking sites. Would hate for others to end up in the same place we did.
