Great course but
Course is great, layout pretty good and in very good condition. Unfortunately there was a men’s league teeing off in front of me. Two old “members” pulled up on 1st tee and asked what my time was then proceeded to pull up to there boxes and tee off. I was already delayed 10 minutes then had to wait for these two clowns to go then waited on every hole. There should be a starter and a ranger
Great value
Course was in great shape especially for this time of year. Only negative on this place there isn’t a driving range open to the public. Pace was a little slow today.
Great course
Great layout right in the middle of Lexington.Nice fairways!
Fun layout
The course was fun. Takes driver out of hand on a couple of holes and is tight off the tee box on a couple of holes, but it was fun. It was packed for a Wednesday afternoon but most of whom we caught up with let us by and were friendly about it. Only problem which was slight was the amount of cup holes on the greens. One green must have had over 20 different cup holes on it and it doesn't seem the grass in growing over them well. Would probably be better to just have 5 or 6 pin locations and have the ones not in use capped. Hole 9 was definitely the worst at having a rediciulous anount of old pin locations. Had 5 of them with in a 3 foot circumference. Other than that though it was a good course. I'm a 23 hdc and shot an 89 on a par 71. I'll take it. Lol.
Enjoy playing a round of 15 holes.
There was a holiday weekend. Slow play prevented us from finishing the round by three holes.
Almost Perfect
Bang for your buck best place to play in the Columbia area, only flaw is that the range is members only
Terrible course
I have no idea why you would want to be a member at this course. Course is extremely unforgiving for amateur golfers. Greens are terrible, non-members are not allowed to use the driving range.
Golf is suppose to be fun. Playing this course is not. Do not play this course.
Terrible
Dead fairways, dead rough, dead everything. This course is terrible. There’s no starter on Hole 1, so you and as many of your friends can tee off at the same time. 13 golfers went off in a matter of 15 minutes before my round. You will be waiting on nearly every hole. For $55, this place is a total rip. I called it after it took over 2 hours for me to play 9 holes with a cart. Not to mention, the cart paths are terrible too.
