Nice layout, so so fairway quality and hard sand in bunkers
We had heard good reviews on this course but the fairway conditions overall were so so and the two traps that I found myself in had hard sand that the rake barely budged. Greens were in good condition, play went smoothly with ample spacing between groups. We did not go into the clubhouse after our round, preferring to visit one of the local fish restaurants close by.
Overall experience was ok, but as we are from out if town we will not play here again.
Great changes
In great shape. Making changes. Love that they removed the trees by 17-18 bringing views of the harbor all around the course.

Beautiful Scenery, horrible golf!
If you want to pay for the view you definitely are. I think that is why this course charges so much $ because the course is horrible. I think at the time i was playing the whole course id getting a make-over(i hope), because it does not look like it is advertised on-line and in the app. beware!!!

Good greens
The course was wet because of heavy rain the night before,cart paths only. But the course was in good shape . The greens were some of the best I have played this spring good speed and smooth!!

Don't waste your money
Extremely poor shape with bumpy fairways and but condidtion. Thank god owners sold it to new developer.

Windy round
Pretty and challenging course, views are spectacular and so was the wind! Big party-shot gun scramble teed off just before us, however pace was good. Fairways have lots of small mounds everywhere making a good lie tough to come by. Water comes into play on several holes. Greens were big and easy to read.

Great views
Played this course after being up north and off the links for 4 months. Enjoyed getting back out. Loved the water views all along the course would like to come back once things green up in the spring.

Needs work
The greens were in fair condition for this time of year. The fairways were extremely rough. The cart paths were unacceptable I would have been better off on a Atv at least their made to take that kind of rough ground.

Greens roll true but seemed a little slow, but could be due to all the rain we had recently. I love the links style course.

Peaceful round
The weather was nice for December. Light to no wind and not many on the course so pace of play was wonderful. There had been a lot of rain recently so the co dictions were a bit soggy in spots and the traps were hard, but it was a very enjoyable round.

Overall good experience
Course in decent shape. Cart path only due to wet conditions. After a few holes, the Marshall offered my 74 year old husband a handicap flag. With two artificial knees, it was a very welcomed gesture. He wouldn't have otherwise made it all the way around.

Expected a little more.
For the price we paid we expected more. The starter was very friendly and explained to us the necessary protocols for the course. The greens were nice but there were fire ant hills all over the course. The pace of play was very good and it was nice to see a Marshall out there ensuring things were moving. The scenery on the back 9 was great but there weren’t any tee box markers showing the hole number, the layout or yardage. In our opinion, an average course that was over priced.

Beautiful views on the back
Course has potential
Greens are pretty good, fuzzy.
They don’t roll them though
Cost way to much for the quality
Fairways are super bumpy can’t even drive golf cart.

Disappointed
I had played this course 4 to 5 years ago and had never played on such perfect greens. Played yesterday and greens were like putting on Velcro. In addition, overall condition of the course was mediocre. Expected more for a course that charged $66 for a supposed “discounted” rate. Finally, there were no signs on any of the tee boxes showing the hole layouts or even the number of the hole for that matter. Definitely not worth the money being charged here.
Nice course but....
Patriots Point is a nice course and it was I good shape. But, I expected more from a scenery perspective. I’d play it again but would not make a special trip to do so..
