White Plains Golf Club

Great course for the cost. Everything was very good except for the bunkers and many of the tee boxes. The bunkers were hard and most were lacking sand. Many had big lips and it was extremely difficult to get the ball out and get it remotely close to the hole. Some of the tee boxes boxes were so hard that I couldn’t get the tee to the correct height. Carts had GPS but ours quit working after 6 holes.

Played 18 holes yesterday with my wife. It was a beautiful fall afternoon and it couldn’t have been any better. Course was on point with beautiful fairways and the greens were perfect. My wife played her best game yet from the white tee box as she shot a 95 overall. It’s always a good time at White Plains!

This course is a hidden gem. With new management more players have seemed to come out to play the course over the weekend. New cart paths and re-done bunkers. The greens are always in great shape!

Excellent greens and fairways. Tee boxes are hard. Driving range is limited. Carts with gps are new. Clubhouse needs updating. Worth the drive to Pageland.

We p[layed the course earlier in the spring and saw there wasa great deal of work being started. Heard that many of improvements had been completed so we gave it another shot. It was true, work continues but the course is already in mych better condition. Fairways and greens were fine, tee boxs mostly good, but bunkers still in need of sand.

Course was in great shape. Not sure why it was cart path only. Sometimes the GPS carts stop even when you are on the cart path. Worth the drive to play.

Best Golf Course around for the value. Golf carts are great, all the paths are in great condition, fairways and greens are pristine and staff is very friendly. My wife and I go and play 9 holes in the evening and love it every time. See ya soon White Plains golf club!

Greens were in good shape, rest of course is ok. New carts with yardage indicators are a nice improvement. Nice layout. Great value for price paid.

If you've not played here and live relatively close you should definitely give this track a spin. It's a solid hour drive for me but it's well worth it for how well the condition of the course is and price point especially if you find a hot deal on golf now!!

2nd review....tremendous improvements. Course has gone from "suffering through" when you play. To "can't wait to get back". You see so many courses go down hill...its nice to see a course brought back to life with well thought out improvements. Go play it!!!!

Enjoyed the course so much that I went back three days later with three other guys. Greens are very good and all new cart paths, Would definitely play there more often íf it wasn't 50 miles away.

I have played this course several times over the years and unfortunately it had gotten progressively worse...BUT.

.I read the reviews and decided to try it again and all I can say is What a difference!!! Every area of the course has been dramatically improved!!!! From teebox to green!!!! New sod on tee boxes...lush fairways..new carts with gps...fantastic greens!! New owners are doing a tremendous job!! And doing it right!!! And from what I understand...more improvements to come....if you haven't been there in a while...Go play!!! You'll be glad you did..
