They are doing a lot of work to the course. It's getting better.

Course was I'm ok shap. Greens and fairways need some help.
Sargent Jasper
My friend and I took our wives to Sargent Jasper to experience their first time golfing. It was a perfect setting as we never felt rushed or intimidated by our surroundings. The setting is very pretty, and with continued improvement could potentially be a very nice course. As far as value, for inexperienced or golfers just getting started the cost for 9 holes with a cart cannot be beat.
It was so affordable but the course was poor.
I was pleasantly surprised by the incredibly friendly staff I encountered during my visit. They went out of their way to address an issue with the Golf Now app and provided a warm introduction to the course. However, I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed with the overall condition of the course. The excessively long fairways and rough made it quite challenging to locate golf balls.
In light of this, I would recommend this club primarily to beginners who are looking to gain a foundational understanding of golf rules and etiquette. The reasonable pricing makes it an attractive option for those just starting their golf journey.
Couple be great
The overall hole design offers a fun round. The greens were small and a lot of dead spots. There’s absolutely no second cut off the fairways good luck if you hit off the fairway in finding your ball it goes from a fairly rough fairway to knee high grass. This was exasperated with the amount of rain in recent weeks I’m sure.
What a great place to just relax and Grip it and Rip it!
I cut my teeth on muni's and just play 9 these days. The wife and I had a blast. Thx SJ, we'll be back. ( In case your wondering about our game, we were club-Corp for years, never forget where you came from)
Hidden Gem
I wasn't expecting much out here but I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised but the condition and layout of the course. Well be back for sure amd hoping to see the original back 9 opened up again sometime soon!

The tee and green area were bad but the fairway conditions were an okay and good place to practice iron or driver. No dried leaves.
Shoddy
Fairway cuts and tees are non-existent.
Greens all had several black patches..... horrendous.
Lousy clubhouse.
Friendly service.
Nice riding carts.
Well-maintained traps.
Has potential
This little 9 hole course has potential but needs some serious work. The putting greens are very tiny and very bare. Some are barely putt-able. The grass needs to be cut so you have some sort of distinguishable fairway. There are also no yard markers whatsoever so unless you have a rangefinder you have no clue what to hit any approach shot. On the plus side the holes lay out nicely and #9 is a nice little finishing par 3 over water. The owner was also a very nice guy. This is a place to practice your swing, hopefully in the future it becomes more than that.
Poor Maintenance
Fairways are non-existent and greens are terrible with several brown, dirt patches.
Tres are terrible.
The sand traps are very well maintained
Given time this is going to be a great course. Needs work but fun and interesting to paly.
