Bad fairways
Was hard as a rock! Couldn't get a divot. Very hard, dry. Greens were decent. Tee boxes were hard also.Paid $36 on golf now, to much for course conditions. Won't be back this year, unless it rains a lot.
Awful Conditions
Played this course 4/5 times over the last 18 months and the course has just gotten worse and worse over time. I used to think it was a little gem outside the city but now it’s in truly shocking condition.
No such thing as a fairway here, it’s literally just 100% weeds (No joke, more like weedways than fairways), dirt or dead grass. One of the worst conditioned courses I’ve ever played. Greens weren’t much better either.
It’s a shame because when I’ve played here in the past it’s been solid value for money at $25-30 - now I’d rather spend an extra $10-$15 and play at a course that actually maintains their facilities. I’d avoid at all costs right now unless something drastic happens to the upkeep.
Staff were great and helpful as always.
Worst course around Clover SC.
I really do not know why so many people have given 4-5 stars for this place. I work near this course and go by for a quick nine holes every once in a while. This course has steadily gotten worse and worse. The standard rate after 1pm is $30. Terrible value. They hardly put any money into the course, I have to say hardly because they did put new gravel down for the cart parts. Yay! Everything else is awful. If you are considering playing here, first get out $30 and burn it. Then try to pass a kidney stone, maybe two if you really wanna have a bad time. You’re welcome.
Skip this course
All they do is take your money. They do no improvements whatsoever. Now the place is all weeds. This could be a nice course if they would put some money back into it but they don’t. Don’t waste your money. Terrible course. Played a bunch of times and thought they would start getting it in shape but got worse over time not better. They should pay you to play there. Will never go back after seeing no attempt whatsoever to do a single thing to improve course. Just a money grab.
Packed course today
Fun course. Greens had too much sand. Over booked tee times
Hot Deal
Booked this on a hot deal. For $30 for 18 is was worth it. Wouldn’t pay much more than that though.
Overall very pleased
Staff could be a bit more friendly and knowledgeable of the Golfnow rates and special but overall had a good time. Worth the money and met some friendly ppl
Decent round
Decent round for the money. Greens were sanded making putting hard.
Not very welcoming
I will not be back. I can tell when my money is not appreciated so I will make it my business not to return. It doesn't cost anything to be nice and respectful. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
Greens are in good shape, back 9 the greens were a lot faster for some reas
Greens are in good shape, back 9 the greens were a lot faster for some reason than the front. Fairways are slowly coming in and should be ideal in a month of so. Nice layout and pace of play was excellent
