Killer views
They just punched the greens but they were still very playable. Lots of elevation change made for some fun tee shots. Roomy course for all of us that spray it everywhere. It was a bit dry, fairways could use a good rain but overall a great layout. We had to wait on the first few tee boxes but after that the pace of play spread out nicely. The Smokey’s in the background were freakin awesome. For $45 you’re not going to find much better.
Slow play
White course was closed due to Aerating! Made for a slow pace! Course was in decent shape. There seemed to be players jumping to different holes & not playing course in order?
Price doesn’t match golf now
Payed a convince fee through golf now for 10 bucks and was told I would have to pay 40 at the course. Got there and they charged 50. 60 dollars for this course is a rip off.
Don’t waste your money
This course has gone downhill. It was ok to play here but price has gone up and the fairways are just dirt. They don’t maintain this course at all
Spacing should be better
Tee time for 3:00, had another couple guys teeing off at the same time... had a 4 some ahead of them. Groups were way too close, resulting in very slow play.
We enjoyed the course, but would have enjoyed it more if we spent more time golfing than waiting.
Wide open and wet
We had the course to ourselves due to the weather. Light rain most of the day. Still a great day on the course.
Potential
It's a bit early in the year for this course. The greens were green, but the entire fairway and rough areas were totally brown. Decent variety to the holes. Once things green up I think it will be very good.
Poor Scheduling
My 4 some was early to ensure we were ready for the tee time we booked and about 15 minutes before our tee time, a member of the staff instructed us to remove our belongings from our carts because the group a head of us didn’t have a cart and the course was out of carts.
I would expect a course to be able to schedule their guest in a better manner to ensure they can accommodate the number of golfers verses the number of carts.
It is a feel good about your game course
If you are looking to build your confidence in your game, or are a beginner looking to improve, this is the course for you. Most holes are right in front of you, only a couple of challenging greens. If you are an upper level player you will have to realize what you are playing on, simple, easy, and fun.
No structure
I booked a hot deal, even called the course to make sure they allowed riders. They didn’t tell me they don’t do tee times during the week and I had to wait 2 hours for a cart. Other than that it was great. It’s actually my favorite golf course and I shot one of my best 9s ever.
January Golf
For playing golf in January is a crapshoot, but playing here is a wonderful experience
Will never play this course again Do not waste your money
This is the worst golf course I have ever played at. They have no maps on the holes or on the scorecard to start with. There are no sand fillers for divots on the carts or near the tee boxes. Whoever mows the golf course leaves the grass all over the fairway and on the rough there is mud all over the fairways and the tee boxes as well. The golf carts look like they are from 1980s and the golf cart paths are in such rough shape. You can literally get so sore from just riding down one hole. After nine holes, stop by the Pro shop pro shop to get something to eat. They literally had nothing except for chips and candy bars when they had a full menu. I will never play at this golf course again it is one of the worst in the east Tennessee area. Paid $100 for two players I want my money back
For winter golf, the course was in good condition.
I was paired with two other golfers.
Due to the cold temperature, there were no other golfers behind us. We were able to take our time.
The staff take great care of the clubhouse, carts and course. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I look forward to golfing here again.
