Good course only issue was the group in front of us that had loud music playing and no sense of golf etiquette
Nice round on the Orange course
Had a great day playing the orange course twice due to a tournament going on. The orange is the newest 9 holes and my favorite. Play was a little slower due to a lot of twosomes and three somes. Course looks great, tees and greens in good condition. Finished just before a bigthunderstorm blew through. Great folks out there and economical.
For the wet, cart path only it was great
Had a ton of rain the days leading up to playing, and even a little light showers during play. Course was in great condition given the fact of all the rain. Got a ton of exercise since it was cart path only. lol. Staff was friendly even if the young man forgot to give me my military discount. Look forward to playing the course again next year when I visit.
Hidden gem!
This is a nice little gem at the base of the Smoky Mountains. 27 holes to mix it up a little, course is always in good shape, and I always enjoy playing there. The course is shorter than most at 6,500 max from the blue tips but you have to drive to the right spot to score well. Not so many trees that you lose balls if you’re off the fairway but they are big and difficult to get around which puts driving at a premium. Give it a try, I think any level golfer will enjoy it!!
Terrible Cart Path
First time to play here. Good course conditions. Marshall/Ranger came around often to ensure pace of play. Was really slow but they tried to keep groups moving. Range ball machine not working and no feedback on when it would be available. Cart path was TERRIBLE. Front desk service was very poor. Did not know how to work machines that are part of his job. Money paid was not out of expectations but would not be able to recommend to others.
