Nice little public course and then fairly decent shape for it being one. The price is definitely right
Great conditions great deal
Course was in great condition, greens quick, fairways and rough just mowed. Played 18 in 3.5 hrs, for $20 a great deal. Highly recommend if you’re in the Toledo area.
Issues
Had a group of 4 infront of us and wouldn't let us pass through. There were multiple people playing without shirts on. Pace of play has been a real issue there all year there.

Good value conditions good
Greens, fairways, tee boxes in very good shape. Rough was long had been mowed a few days prior with a lot of dead grass clumps. Overall a good experience.
Clumps of grass everywhere
Clumps of grass all over fairway and rough. Caused ball to be lost even when it was seen by multiple people land.

Rained Out from Previous Day
I got to the course to find out that they were not letting carts out on the course because it had rained a lot the evening before. I totally understand this. However, I've been struggling with a medical condition that does not allow me to walk the course. The attendant behind the desk, Allen, was extremely helpful and empathetic but could not offer me a refund at the course because it was booked through GolfNow. I have been having difficulty finding a way to contact GolfNow in order to get my refund for this round. Does anyone have any idea how to go about this?
I've been playing this course since I was a pre-teen and ADORE it! The next time you are in Toledo, OH make sure you hit this course up - every time I am in from NYC I do for sure!!!

Love it
Best course for the price in Toledo. Back 9 needs some work but it’s been too wet to even play on until today so I’ll give them a pass. I’m typically golfing at weirder times alone since I don’t have a typical 9-5. Best place for a mostly solo golfer like myself

Over priced
Unfortunately, the back 9 was still unavailable so we had to play the front twice. On top of the fact the cashier tried to make me pay twice because he said “sometimes if you make a reservation on GolfNow, it’ll make you pay the remaining amount inside that’s why we don’t like the app”. I’ve never had that problem anywhere. Love the app, Detwiler is overpriced for their 9/18
