Incredible!!!
Auburn Hills is one of the best courses I have ever played in my life!.... and I have been to Hawaii 8 times! If there weren't so many houses around the course, it would be in my top 3!!! The layout was not only challenging but really beautiful! It has a perfect combination of risk/reward holes!! And the staff was as kind as ANY I have come across.(Great hamburgers too!!!) ....to think I almost didn't stop on my way home from Tennessee!!!
YOU PEOPLE WHO LIVE NEAR THIS COURSE:: BE THANKFUL!!!!
Great Day!
First time playing Auburn Hills and hopefully it will not be my last! Pro shop personnel were very friendly and accommodating. I played the back tees and the course was very tight from back there, OB was right on the cart path on many holes! Greens were just about perfect, maybe a little slow but no complaints. The entire course was green, not a brown spot anywhere. Lots of elevation and large undulating greens make you think a little about every shot. 17 was especially interesting, don't recall ever hitting a tee shot to a par 3 and not being able to see any of the green from the tee!
Thanks for a great day!
Great for the money
Such a fun course to play. The course is short but challenges you with diverse altitudes, pin locations, and the occasional tight fairway. Always in great shape. All types of players commune from scratch shooters to first timers, truly a judgement free round of golf.
Solid course lay out
I've played auburn hills several times. It's a good course. Jeff, the pro is solid and takes care of his players.
Fun and challenging
Good price. Makes you shape your shot both ways. Lots of risk reward/ layup scenarios. Top shelf kind staff.
Nice course for the money
It’s a very scenic course in SW Virginia. Course is tight so you need precision. Only complaint is some good shots don’t get rewarded and some trees can be cut down to make the course more open. I will definitely recommend to people and play at Auburn Hill again.
