Good day on a fun course
Played with three guys from out of town. The greens are in great shape. Not real fast probably due to the heat and not cutting them real short. Still quick though. Some tee boxes are chewed up due to the amount of play,, no matter since you get to tee it up.
Nothing wrong with it
Overall, it was a fine course. The staff were very friendly. It wasn't that challenging of a course, the greens were kept in decent shape but the bunkers were basically like hitting on concrete. I'm guessing that it's been too hot and hard to maintain the course

Fun course to play
Unique layout with 5 par 3 holes and back to back par 5 holes. Greens are well kept and challenging.

Always a great day at Blue Hills
A challenging but not too difficult course in excellent condition, particularly for a public track. Great staff and improving facilities. I travel 45 minutes to play this course every chance I get, and it's always well worth the drive.

Wow - very nice course
We stopped in Roanoke our our trip up north. We played Blue Hills golf course. Very impressive course. Course was in amazing shape. Greens were very good. Rolled very well. We were blown away how great the course was, especially for the price.
We would love to play it again.

I have been playing here for almost 20 plus here. I haven’t experienced these conditions for many years before 2019.
It’s worth paying more when you get the returns. John has done an amazing job to this Golf Club.

Wish I lived closer
Found this course about 4 years ago. I live 50 miles south but like to travel around and play different courses. They keep the course in good shape and run it efficiently. I have taken many friends up there and they like the course too. It's a fun course and you really have to hit an errant shot to get in real trouble. If I lived closer, I would be a member there.

Great course
Beautiful layout, some tees above, soe below the green...greens large and sloped, tricky. And in good condition. Some fairways slanted as well...cart has GPS, which I think is a great help, and the practice range allows toptracker for free...great value!

Great course
Beautiful layout, some tees above, some tees below green, some slanted fairways, which overall aren't too wide...cart has GPS (a great plus), and the range is complete, incl. Toptracer avail for free. Great value!

The course is in great condition and pace of play was good. Nice wide fairways complemented by challenging greens. Putts are rolling a bit slow but true for the early Spring.

Amazing course with incredible conditions
This course is beautiful the front 9 is challenging with technical maneuvering and the back 9 will test you with very long Par 5s and 4s. The only issue was the rate of play. The course does not manage tee times well and you will be bunched up its groups in front of you and behind you and then the golf cart getting upset you are behind the pace of play.

Tough greens, lush grass, a lot of slope. I have family down in roanoke and this will be my "home" course whenever I visit.

The course had just completed aerating the greens and fairways. It was a mess to play on. If we had known, players would have been prepared. Secondly, a slight discount would be appreciated.
