Prairie Woods Golf Course tumbles across some of Wisconsin's most rolling terrain. On almost any point on the course, whether you're standing on the tees, the fairways, or the greens, the undulating landscape will put your skills of perception to the test. The golf course offers plenty of variety with a unique design on each hole. The rolling hills determined the strategic placement of the bunkers and there are water hazards coming into play on several holes. It's a layout that will keep you on your toes and reward a well thought-out shot, but it's not overly punishing for high handicappers. The golf course is just over 6,000 yards from the back tees but the changes in elevation can make it feel longer. Besides being one of the most unique rounds in the area, Prairie Woods G.C. is also one of the most affordable.

Well worth the drive from Lake Como. Challenging enough without be overly difficult. Very fun course to play despite being our first time

Very well maintained course. Challenging with plenty of hazards and bunkers. Every round of golf comes with range balls. One of my favorite local courses.

Secluded
Cool layout for a shorter course. They put a little more money on course conditions it would be a 5 star
Great course. Always fun to play there. But the new check-in staff could use an attitude overhaul. VERY unfriendly, almost to the point of being hostile.
Weather
Way to much standing water…no fault of the golf course I understand
