About
Prairie Woods Golf Course tumbles across some of Wisconsin's most rolling terrain. On almost any point on the course, whether you're standing on the tees, the fairways, or the greens, the undulating landscape will put your skills of perception to the test. The golf course offers plenty of variety with a unique design on each hole. The rolling hills determined the strategic placement of the bunkers and there are water hazards coming into play on several holes. It's a layout that will keep you on your toes and reward a well thought-out shot, but it's not overly punishing for high handicappers. The golf course is just over 6,000 yards from the back tees but the changes in elevation can make it feel longer. Besides being one of the most unique rounds in the area, Prairie Woods G.C. is also one of the most affordable.

Fun Track
First time playing this course and had a real good time with family and a single who joined us. Course was very damp, but there was a massive storm that came in the night before and we teed off at 7:20 the next day. All things considered the course was in great shape. Greens were soft but still had good speed. Would defintely play the course again when back in the area.
Short but challenging
This was a very fun course. The greens were firm and rolled very nicely. My handicap at the moment is around 12. I hit driver around 260, and carry a 7-iron 160ish. The white tees are too short in my opinion. But from the blue teesthis course could be a real challenge. I played the whites since it was my first time and I was playing with two strangers. I shot 6 over for reference. I will definitely play again. Also considering it was a beautiful Saturday and the pace of play was 4:06 on a 9:30am tee time. Free range balls with paid round too. Very good value. No complaints.

The course is in good condition. Greens are fast and smooth. The need a beverage cart or water on the course.

Great value on the farm
This course is a gem in the middle of farmland. It was challenging from the blue tees and in very good shape.
