Wildhorse Golf Course

They’re doing a great job keeping this course in great condition. Sand traps because of Covid are still ground under repair but otherwise in great shape. Love the Course

Course was in great shape. It’s a pretty short trek, so playing from the blue tees is like playing from the whites at most courses in this area. Will definitely be coming back soon. I had a great time.

The course was in good condition taking in to account its winter. I’m definitely going back in the summer; I’m sure it will be plush. Greens were very nice and fairways were average for this time of year. Tee boxes were good.

Great people, Challenging course. Course is in great shape

I got one of the first tee times on the morning. Pace of play was great . Everyone at course is super friendly. They just need a little work on there bunkers. Overall a great day and a good round .

Fun layout and greens were decent. Dead and dirt spots all over the place, but you could typically find some grass within a few feet from your ball. Should be a local rule to “play it as it lies, or within a few feet.” Looks like they we’re making an effort to improve bunkers as some had fresh sand and there were mounds of sand in the parking lot. Course needs some love, but at least you can get a decent tee time. I’ll come back to see if they improve in the spring.

Wildhorse is a fun course to play. Lots of variety in the holes and challenging, depending upon your tee choice. Pace of play was acceptable (about 4 hours and 15 minutes for 18) Bunkers were not on good shape: wet, shallow, with many under repair. Still, a good day of golf.

I NEVER give low ratings yet unfortunately I believe this was NOT what was expected. We play 1-2 times a week at many course and decided to play Wildhorse mainly due to the reviews and ratings...MAJOR OOPS!

This may have been a great course at one time yet now it is WAY overpriced $64 each for the quality stated or provided when other courses in the area are of much higher quality.

Here are a few of my concerns

1. 5+ hours for 18! No marshal seen at any point.

2. Greens, fairways and tee boxes in poor condition

Much more needs to be said. YET the staff at check I were very kind!! I hope that Wildhorse can either lower their prices or upgrade the quality. Sorry for the review,yet did not want another group to be mislead.

Wildhorse was OK. Fairways were a little burnt out, but since it is winter, course conditions were as expected. Many of the greens looked worn out, probably from abuse. Overall, I would play again if there was a good deal offered, but would not go out of my way to play this course.

First time on this course. Greens and tee areas were great. I was surprised by the sogginess of a few fairways. I can only imagine what they’ll be like once the rains come. I’d recommend playing this course only in the dry season.
