Not the old forest preserve national
Not the old gem it used to be.
Good value for the price paid but for a few more bucks, course could be in much better shape.
I LOVE THIS COURSE!
Challenging course in great shape with some of the prettiest cart girls I've seen. I would highly recommend this course and I like to play it at least twice a month.

Good test in south suburbs
Great layout, but a tough place if your missing the fairways.
Greens are in great shape and bunkers are not.
Enjoyed the round, all thr holes were challenging.
Nice course
cours was nice would be way better if there was sand in the bunkers and if there wasn't so many grounds crew people everywhere doing nothing but getting in the way.

Have always loved playing George Dunne. It's a great Course if you are confident with driver and your wedges. Having a bad day driving at this course could put you in a lot of hard recovery shots. And the bunkers.....oh the bunkers. I would advise to try your absolute hardest to avoid the bunkers at George Dunne as much as you can, they can be a handful. Other then that, the layout is very easy to follow, and the scenery is lovely. Would highly recommend if your looking for a tough challenge with all of your clubs. Would maybe not play here after it rains, the course can get very swampy very quickly.
Best value for a top golf course in Chicago!
We played after a heavy rain the night before. While sand traps were still flooded, the rest of this golf course was in excellent condition. Make no mistake about it, this is a truly great championship golf course! Highly recommended!! Can hardly wait to play it again!!!

Great course with a ton of value. There is however a big problem with how jam packed the course is. The pace of play is highly problematic and irresponsible. Raise the price $10 and make tee times every 12 minutes, not every 7.

Expected much better
This course used to be great. First pace of play is always an issue here 5 hours is average. Second the greens were slow and bubby. I know we're into fall but that's no excuse. Just played Joe Louis and deer Creek and their greens were smooth and a good place. The rest of the course was fine but just expect the to keep their premier course as they call it in better shape. Bad greens is not acceptable. Also found it odd that their beer was a different price than the other forest preserve courses.
