About
The Ledges Golf Club in South Hadley is tucked away in the Pioneer Valley, an area of western Massachusetts known for its lush, rolling hills. It is a favorite amongst locals since it is one of the best values in the region. The course enjoys scenic views that stretch to Mt. Tom and the Holyoke Range. It is on the shorter side at just over 6,500 yards from the back tees, but the dramatic changes in elevation make it seem much longer. Most of the greens are raised with steeply sloped sides, making accuracy essential since missing them by even just a few feet will result in a serious penalty. The golf course has a heavily wooded front nine that seamlessly transitions into a more open back nine featuring links-style holes. The Ledges is a shotmaker's course that offers several interesting risk-reward opportunities.

Hidden Gem
I play this course a few times every year and always enjoy it a lot. It's always in nice shape and the layout is very good. It's challenging, but not crazy.
Good place but
It’s a nice corse but you if you walk you have to be a billy goat to navigate the hills and long walks between tee so you need a cart which makes it expensive. They also have gps on the cart but it didn’t work the only thing that did work was the alarm on the cart that annoyingly goes off all the time even though we weren’t near a green or tee box.

Had a Golfnow play here went out right away but had a group of foursome walking and playing slow. But I like the course and layout .

great greens. good layout
Good course set-up for all abilities. Greens were fast and true. Staff very welcoming. Only downside was being told we'd have to pay extra to use GPS system on carts?! Will definitely play here again.

Hot and wet
I have never seen a water issue at Ledges, but there certainly was one yesterday. The fairways had zero bounce or pinch. Was incredibly difficult to get shots to pop. Other than that, the place was beautiful. As it turns out I overpaid by $4/ea in my foursome simply by using golfnow instead of calling them. Won't happen again.

4th time this year
4th time playing here this year. Ate in the clubhouse for the first time and the sandwiches were excellent, Please fix the tee box on three. Lots of digit not much grass it needs some help. Overall a great round will be back for a 5th.

Great course with views
This course is wet, thus 90 degree, it is drying out just fine. It is in great condition, greens are rolling true, It not only provides a good golf experience it has some great views .
If you have not played this yet, put it on your list you will not be disappointed.

Great Course
The course is in great condition... cart path only on 4 and 6 and all the par 3’d greens were in great shape!
Very challenging. It was awesome to play with MT Tom in the background . I’ll be back... a little pricey at $45

Such an enjoyable course to play! Fairways and greens are in great condition. Fairways are some of the best I've played anywhere. Well maintained course all around. Friendly head pro and staff make you feel welcome. Will be back often.
