Fun course
Course was good but not great. It was wide open with some water (which is good for most players). Greens rolled well and were in good shape. I’d play again
Ok. Not my favorite.
Played here as from a recommendation. Course was not in the best shape. Pretty slow. Greens were decent. Probably will not come back.
Larry
Great round of golf for someone who doesn’t play often, nice course, not crowded, friendly staff and great value! Played with my son and we both enjoyed it, we’ll be back!
Great course and great pace of play
First time playing. Course was in great shape. Pace of play was great as well, never had to wait. Only complaint was wesaw the refreshment cart after the first few holes and then never saw her again.
The golf golf course
I’m from Louisiana and Fairly new to golf. I personally had an amazing time playing. Greens were fairly fast and fair ways were kept up very well. I’ll be back!
Love the friendly staff
Reasonably priced and friendly staff keep me coming back. Challenging course but not too difficult.
Favorite course to play in the area…
…but getting treated as if I do not understand golf etiquette is wearing.
One day each year, we bring our grandson with us to play a round. We PAY the junior rate.
Prior to teeing off, the starter instructs us to not slow down play with letting our grandson play. If you don’t want Juniors (the next generation) to play, then 1) stop offering Junior rates, or 2) Put an age limit on your vacation player driven course.
To top this off, we had to wait on EVERY (no exaggeration) tee and approach shot for the adult foursome in front of us. There was at atleast a 3 hole gap between the group in front of us and the rest of the groups ahead.
Of course this meant we were the sandwiched buffer for all of the groups behind us waiting on tees.
Not once did a ranger come and nudge the group in front.
Again, my favorite course to play in the area. Great value for the cost compared to surrounding courses. Just the starters and Marshall’s need refreshers on treating patrons with kindness.
*This is not to reflect the restaurant/snack bar/snack cart* All of the food service staff is friendly and appreciative of your business.
Overall great experience
Great Staff. Starter. Pro shop. and bar
Greens great shape and fast
Only complaint. No yardage books available and not enough yardage markers on course. Should always give a yardage book to first time players if you want them to come back!
Course condition
Course was excellent. Greens in excellent shape and fast. Excellent value.
Misleading Greens Fee
The only complaint that I have for this outing is that when I booked my tee time the price came up as $47. Obviously that was a GREAT DEAL. However, when I checked in at the pro shop they explained that I had booked at the Junior rate and the actual fee was $103! Nice course and great weather, but they need to fix this issue as it is misleading. Even the twoesome that I was paired with had the same thing happen to them.
