Terrible greens
Greens are in very bad shape. Some kind of weed has taken over the greens. Bad spots, dead grass, low areas all over the greens. This place calls its self stone bridge of no. Championship golf course. Must be the low standards from management to call this a Championship golf course. Can't even make deacent repairs to the cart path near what used to be restrooms. Terrible
Bouncing along the greens
Overall, the course was good. However, the greens are in terrible shape. Your ball will bounce to every cup once or twice per foot.

Bad greens
The greens are in the worst shape of any that I ever played.

Pitiful greens
Every year it is the same old story on how management strives to make the course/ greens playable. It is very evident that they seem to think that the greens are acceptable. Maybe they should stop fertilizing the greens. They have to be burning the grass. If you can't get grass to grow green in south Louisiana then you are in trouble. Hope they don't get the idea to fertilize the trees, we will have a massive tree kill. What exactly does the board have meetings about. Must be about evening events and not the condition of the course. This course is in great need of new management and a greens superintendent. Some one needs to step up to the plate. With all the really bad reviews seems like something would change for the better. Its a shame when out of towners play there and have such bad reviews. Where would you play next time in New Orleans.

Worst Course Ever
The only good thing I can say about this course is at least the parking lot was paved. Upon checking into the Pro-shop we were not warned/advised as to the condition of the course and charged the full rate. Perhaps if we had been told that the course was experiencing some issues with disease on the greens or the lack of water we would have been better prepared for what we encountered. Maybe if we had been told what we were getting into and charged a reduced rate, if we elected to stay, that might have mitigated the pain of what we ended up experiencing. But no such information was forthcoming.
I suppose the fact the putting green was closed and in terrible shape should have sent us a signal, but again we took the course at face value. Another indicator should have been the fact that a starter/Marshall was noticeably absent.
I have never, ever played a course that was in such bad condition, especially the greens. The tee boxes offered some grass, but not much. The fairways, while not perfect, offered some grass. But the grass of the greens was non-existent throughout the entire course. It was like trying to putt over sand which had been covered with random clumps of fruity pebbles cereal.
After 3 holes we tried to contact the Pro-Shop to determine if the entire course was in such horrible condition. No response to our calls. We went by the clubhouse, but no one was manning the desk. No one was willing to talk to us about this dismal patch of land or offer a refund. We certainly did not want a raincheck to play this place again.
As we were stuck in the situation we played on, hoping that we would be possibly eaten by an alligator and put out of our misery. Unfortunately we survived. The more we played the course and looked about us we saw the abysmal condition of not only the course, but the facilities. It as if we were given a glimpse into the past and witnessing the slow crumble and decay of Rome.
My best feeling of the day was placing my clubs in the car and driving away. Avoid this course at all costs. If you are fools enough to play, as we were, you are only throwing your money away.

GREENS WERE LOST
This facility is on the Brink of Death-
Needs to be put out of its Misery
Greens were so bad calling them Atrocious would be a compliment-(see Photos).
Tried calling Pro shop after Discovering how bad the Conditions were-they would Not answer the phone.
Restrooms were out of Order-
Shouldn't the Golf Course have a Responsibility to Players to warn about the Loss of Greens ??

Unputtable Greens
Options for Monday public golf around NOLA are limited, so despite reading the reviews, we gave it a try. Greens comprised quarter - sized grass patches that tossed around putts like pinball posts. Gotta wonder if temporary greens wouldn’t putt better. Tee boxes, fairways, and traps in decent shape. Layout included some strategically placed lakes. Houses encroached on a couple of holes. Overall, kind of unremarkable.

Poor greens
The greens were so bad that you could not putt on them. Took away a lot of the fun.

Not worth more then $10
Tee boxes were trash, fairways are decent & greens are 100% unplayable. Although it was entertaining to watch putts jump 3-4 inches high while bouncing left & right it had me mad all 18 holes knowing the $ they charged to play. I watched a 10ft putt make a 90° angle cut about 2ft from the hole lol. It's really that bad. This place will forever make me read reviews before I go book to play places.

The Greens
The greens r horrible. When putting the ball is bouncing and changing direction onu. That the worse I’ve ever seen at that course. Have never seen them that bad defore.

Golf requires greens
I have never encountered 18 consecutive unplayable greens, until yesterday. The greens were in terrible shape and the rest of the course was just better than that. An absolute disappointment. Will not play here again and cannot recommend to anyone. Staff were great!

Bad golfing experience
Play here occasionally, greens keeper doesn't seem to get out enough to recognize the things that make a golf game enjoyable. Lots of litter on course. Ponds have items that have been there long enough to turn green. Trash piling up around porter o let's. Grass not kept cut and weed eaten. Along fences. Spots on greens that are mud holes. His fix is to make the greens smaller. We have lost lots of square footage lost from that process. This is the time of the year to repair bad spots on the greens. Not in the fall. Greens are terrible.. I guess management will just take in the money and call it a champion course, which it is not. Do something
