Getting worse
Down hill for last 3 to 6 months. Green cup plugs high or sunk. Many low ones to have sand that ends up concave. Green are going to look like polka dots soon. They no longer designate front middle back, blue white gold. All pins are now gold. Many fairway sections are dirt. This condition did not exist a few months earlier
Fair for price
I think the course is fair for the green fees. The greens had a few bad spots but should improve as summer gets closer. Pace of play was good. The course layout is good.
Disaster
Goat ranch....awful
Stonebridge was a nice course, years ago.....no longer, don't waste your money or time
It is what it is
The Harvey 9 is a good 9 holes with some challenges. I wish it was better maintained but not bad for a quick nine holes.
Lumpy, Bumy, and sandy
The fairways were very lumpy, and mostly bare. The greens were sandy on the entire front nine and mostly bare of the back. It needs much better signage it’s really easy to get lost if you don’t know the layout.
Quick 9 Holes
It is a quick fun nine holes not as well-maintained as the original 18 and I have never seen a cart girl on that side, but not bad for the price. It is a par 33 with four par 3s, four par 4s, and a par 5.
Greens were great and rolled well, fairways could use some work but pretty good for the price and quick course
Well…
Not sure who the guy in the pro shop is, but he has ZERO customer service abilities. Seriously consider getting him some training, or removing him from staff. Bar service is nice. Course leaves a lot to be desired, whether you play the traditional 18 or harvey 9. Greens are in fantastic shape which is great, fairways could use TLC. No ball washers, no water stations which is unacceptable if you play golf in SE Louisiana summer heat. Overall, I will play here again, and would recommend to others looking for a bargain place to play.
Ragged conditions
Bottom line: it’s not in great shape. Overgrown in many areas, bare in others. Greens were ok but grainy. Tee boxes are rough. Looks like a course that’s almost been given up on, despite being in an upscale housing development. Only $22 on GolfNow, but clearly in need of some love and investment.
Great Course
Love coming here! The Harvey 9 is almost a daily play!
