Stonebridge Golf Club of New Orleans - Championship Course

This course has had a major turn around over the last two months. My compliments to all involved in getting this course back in great shape. The greens are in excellent shape.

Played this course once before and was pleased with the overall experience so I was in the area again and found a great rate for 18 holes with cart on Golf Now. Upon arrival checked in at the pro shop and asked about the other 3 that booked the same time on Golf Now. Was told I was solo so off I went on my own. The course condition was not bad but some fairways had dead grass bare areas so I would just move my ball to the nearest grassy area. Both sand tubes on the cart were empty so I was not able to fill divots. The greens were in good condition and rolled well. Tee areas were a little better than average. All in all I enjoyed playing the course again. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Good experience. Caught up to a 3-some of ladies and pace slowed wat down. But other wise was good experience

Greens are in amazing condition. Staff was very nice. It decided to rain as we were about to tee off and they were more than accommodating to let us wait it out. It was my first time playing this course and it was quite challenging with the layout and a lot of water. Still had a great time

The Greens were immaculate. They were better than ever!

I’ve always heard that the course isn’t kept up, but I’ve gone recently and can definitely tell the the conditions are better and better each time I go. Not sure if there’s new management, but they’re doing something right.

Course is in pretty good shape. Some fairways are a little dead. Not sure if it's the weather, cinch bugs, or something else. Greens are in good shape. I left my Bluetooth speaker on my cart, as it was pouring rain. When I got home, I realized it was still in the cart. I called, and they said if they found it ,they would call. I thought it was gone, but I got a call an hour later to come pick it up. I am sorry I don't know the names, but it most have been the cart boy and man working in the pro shop. Thanks Stonebridge

The greens are horrible. Greens were aerated and sanded, it appears that they didn't have enough sand to fill in the holes. Maybe they should have done only 9 holes. Looks like they know what to do, but don't know how to do it properly.

Played last Saturday and the course is fairly nice. The issues I had were the putting and chipping practice greens weren’t open, greens are in terrible condition (aeration holes and 50% sand), I also had to wait 10 min for a bartender to order my drink and buy a water.

The greens were not good! Fairways have multiple grades/blades of grass. The yardage markers were great on the fairway, but not on the cart path.

My son and I had a great Father’s Day round and lunch.
