Solid course bring lots of balls
Great course with plenty of challenge. Narrow openings and lots of water but short enough to balance out for all skill levels.
The staff at the bar was incredible. I loved the drinks and the services from Alyssa.
Bring plenty of balls if you’re a high handicapper.

Way to slow
Have played this course several times but never has it been so slow. The front 9 pace was great but several groups jumped in front at the turn and one was foursome that wouldn’t let anybody through. Groups were obviously stacking up behind as a result. Course was in decent shape. Greens were a little hairy and choppy but not too bad. If you can catch a hot deal it really is great value. One non golf related note for out of towers: the course is very close to the naval air station and jets very frequently fly over the course. Golf and an air show!

Getting better everytime
This course seems to be getting better everytime I play there. I would say the course itself is a 3.5 out of 5, but on the rise. Staff is great!

Decent grounds, horrible Pro Shop staff
The course was ok, in better condition than what I've seen there previously, which was nice. The back 19-27 were in much better shape than I have ever seen them; glad to see the improvements there. However the guy working the Pro Shop was a completely rude and offputting jerk. Didn't greet us when we came in, didn't say hello, I had to tell him we had a reservation and he just looked up the name and handed me cart keys like he was a deaf-mute. I put some balls on the counter I wanted and without a word he sighed, rang them up, and spit out the total cost. I swiped my card and he handed me my receipt without a word, as if our very existence annoyed him. Not a great impression for my teenage son learning the game and all the nuances of a very complex sport and sub-society of people. That guy belongs washing carts by himself, not in the Pro Shop. Other than that, a nice day.

Inconsiderate players
The play was too slow. The players in front of us played too slow. There were lots of opportunities for them to leave us play through. There wasn’t anyone in front of them and they just ignored us. This is the third time in a row this happened.
Thank you for reviewing the course. We apologize for the delay of play during your round. This is by no means the standard we strive to achieve. With that in mind, we are working to best control pace and allow everyone to finish in a reasonable amount of time. We will continue to look for ways to improve.
