Boulder Oaks Golf Club

This is the second time playing the course. It’s not overly challenging but the greens can be tricky to read. Pace of pay was great never felt pushed the the groups behind us. For the price this is a fun course to play.

Weeds gophers, moles and rabbits everywhere! Maybe back in the day it was in its glory but absolutely not worth the price!

When golfing here, always expect the worst. Pace is horrible, a group of 6 allowed out in front of us.

The course layout is very short as well. The par 5s are more like regular 4s, and 4s are mostly drivable. Not worth more than $50, even at a premium time.

Someone spent a lot of money and laid out a nice playable course with paved cart path and stellar views on the back nine. But.. whoever took it over to maintain it has really made a mess of it. The greens are surprisingly reasonably good but the fairways are a mess, weed filled and patchy at best. This at one point was a beautiful course but it’s overgrown. Bunkers are weed filled and tee boxes while level are a mess with long grass and weeds. The homeowners on this course could increase their property values massively if someone cleaned up the course.

It’s a reasonably inexpensive play but you get what you pay for.

Would I play it again. Not sure. I can only hope someone comes along and cleans it up cause it could be great. But it’s not!

Nothing good to say about the conditions of this course. The layout has been changed from it’s original and is just a joke. Do not waste your money on this place.

I had a tee time in the morning, showed up to find one else showed up for work that day. Not a sole on property. What kind of a place lets you set up a tee time and not have anything open. I was not able to play as it was a ghost town.

Booked a teatime the day before for 130 showed up at 12:45. I was told that I couldn’t play! I told him I had booked with GolfNow and this was the second time this is happened to me this weekend told me that that my booking was not available.

If you are desperate/dying to play golf or can't get on anywhere else.. than this is the course for you..

Why they would allow a 5some on a weekend/holiday is behind me or that they didn't make the 5some groups let groups play through is beyond me..

If it wasn't fact that we were paired with a couple friendly locals that gave us course knowledge, it would've been a miserable round.

Beautiful views but kind of a trainwreck experience overall. "Pro-shop" was the bar and "starter" basically non-existent. Too many players were booked for the course (didnt even have carts available and had to walk). Waited on average 20 minutes at each T-box on the front 9 and at one point had a group of 9 playing with a group of 8 in front of them. Made the best of it but took 6 hours to get around and had to finish 18 in the dark.

Greens are excellent and challenging. Fairways are well kept however, they are narrow. Bunkers are terrible. Overall on course, even if there is a wonky layout. Targeted golf with risks and rewards

They are doing great over the and i appreciate the effort the staff outs forwed. Very friendly and accommodating :)
