With discounts + points, an 18 ran me ~$25. and even that was a bit steep for what this executive course is.

Greens were the absolute worst I’ve seen ever, with weeds and divots plaguing the entirety of it, as well as my score card. It also affected the green speeds, easy pars would become killer bogeys or double bogeys. Don’t get me started on the tee boxes and the rough, attrocious.

On the positive side, the ponds are a nice touch to play next to.

Great course for practice and beginning golfers. We were able to play with ease.

The course was nice for nine holes. Great staff, narrow course. Will play again.

Poor course maintenance. I’ve played there before thinking it was a one-off occurrence. Drainage issues, dead grass, trimmings from attempted bush trimmings all over, trash on the tee boxes and all in the bushes.

We are beginner golfers, and this course was great for us. Every hole is a par 3, which made it fun and less intimidating while learning the game. We played from the front tees, and it’s nice knowing we can move farther back as our skills improve for more of a challenge.

The greens were beautiful and well kept. A couple areas could use some improvement — there are no bathrooms on the course besides the clubhouse, no ball wash stations on the holes, and the golf cart path is pretty rundown and could use some attention. Overall though, we enjoyed the course and felt it was a great place for beginners to play and improve.

To the guy below who posted his address almost expecting cash In The Mailbox, you are a joke. It’s not golf now’s fault that you bought a time. You saw what you were paying. Golfnow doesn’t offer “senior” rates beings hot deals are already a discounted rate. You booked it. Golf now’s doesn’t owe you a dime. Why don’t you try calling a course before just hitting a button then complaining that you paid too much. You saw what you were paying. Foolish to think golf now owes you anything that’s all I got On that subject. When Course conditions are deece this is a fun, quirky track ! Also Don’t be this guy. l-o-l

My guest and I were extremely disappointed to get to our tee time and be told the greens had been punched and sanded. We were unable to play part of the game but had to pay full price to play at all.

Our only complaint regards GolfNow and NOT Reidy Creek Golf Course. When purchasing green fees online there was NO option for senior rate. We had assumed we could adjust at the course which we could not do. The difference in rates was:

GolfNow charged rate: $45.00 ea.

Course Senior rate: $22.00 ea.

Amount Overcharged: $23.00 ea.

The gentleman at the pro shop was rude, short, and not friendly. Not the person you want for the face of your course. The course it's self was just okay. Not maintained really, grass clippings everywhere soft mushy greens.

Course is in good condition.

Worst course I've played in a while. Completely unmaintained, tall grass and weeds so talk no matter where the ball landed it was near impossible to find. I was the only person on the course for 18 holes, which normally would have been idea, but at this place it was creepy and horrible. I will NEVER go back.

Worst golf course I played in my life, the greens are horrible myself and my friend group couldn’t even putt since the green is half dirt and mud ,half the course is dirt the grass is just weeds lost couple balls because of gofer holes it’s all muddy and when you go to the tee box there’s not even a tee box apart from that you hit the ball and it’s all muddy so around the green and on the green the divot like 2 feet deep and can barely pluck it out take your $45 elsewhere waste of money.

Its a solid course for the price. I feel like it should state par3 or exectuive course somewhere. Maybe it does and i missed it.

One gripe of the course in general is the grass clippings. Lost like 3 balls from the grass clippins outside of the fairway. Theres tons of them and theyre like 3 inches high. Meaning the balls go into them and vanish.

Also had disc golfers walking the course in which we were stuck behind and eventually just skipped the hole they were on and played through.

Also came across a guy and his kids just sitting at a hole playing on their phone and taking photos of the kids. Not a big deal but we ended up also just skipping that hole after waiting like 15 minutes behind them as they just sat by the actual hole.

This course will eat your balls with tight fairways and small greens. Some of them aren’t green. The tee boxes are chunky and uneven and sometimes they aren’t marked properly. I played in the afternoon and for 30 or less it’s worth it. I playedd 12 holes in 1hr 30min but the last 6 holes took 1hr30min. So pace of play can die fast and no one will come help. It’s not a perfect course. But if you want to practice playing from the rough at the tee box this is the course for you

I played this course a couple of years back and had the time of my life for the price. The. I took my buddy about two months ago. It was one of the worst courses I have seen in San Diego. They had pieces of sod just cut out from the fairway and placed on the greens. The tee boxes were gone. It was just horrible. And it was about $45 a person. I got my money back after because it was just insane how difficult the course was to play just because of the conditions

I grew up playing this course, this is my first time playing since it is under new management.

Pros:

-Great value: we played twilight and it was only $20 to walk

-Good layout: this is a well designed course on a nice piece of land. There’s a lot of variety. This layout is probably my favorite among the par 3’s/executives in the county.

-Shot variety: for me playing from the blue tees, I used everything from 56 degree to 4 iron. Longer hitters may not need as much club as me, though.

-Pace: We basically had the place to ourselves, and finished in about 3 hours.

Cons:

-Greens: it seemed like half or more of the greens were diseased and patchy. In addition, they were quite bushy and slow. It felt like putting on the fringe. The fungus or whatever is hurting it needs to be addressed, and they need to be mowed and rolled.

-Tee boxes: Very patchy, which is understandable for an affordable Muni course with a bunch of hackers like myself playing. Still, there were some easy to address maintenance issues. For example, they could have mowed the tee boxes. There is very long grass in random spots.

-Muddy areas: seem to be some drainage/runoff issues, and your foot would sink into mud. Not the biggest deal, but would have been if I had hit into one of those spots.

Overall, I would still recommend to a friend and play it again. But, mainly because of the price and fun layout. If the price started creeping up I’d probably look at other options. If they address the greens and tee boxes, this could easily be a 4-5 star course, best in its class (par 3). The course has good bones, but management needs to address the course condition issues.

Terrible experience when the golf course was taken over by a group of 9 hooligans flying their frisbees ahead of my twosome. They had complete disregard to us and would not let us pass. Called the Proshop for help. They came and just looked at the group and allowed them to continue to play. Total waste of time even though our green fees were refunded. Stay away if you want to enjoy a nice round of golf
